Ive had my Egg for a few years now and I noticed that the Egg in this video had an insulating strip around the top where the daisy wheel fits. Also some nice little covers on the three brackets by the bottom vent. Seems like a good idea. Are these available for my Egg?

Whoever this channel belongs to? Sure would be nice to answer questions! Since the Big Green Egg is assembled by the authorized dealer. It is difficult to know what's what because they do not give you the assembly directions when they deliver you your big green egg. I am feeling slightly frustrated especially when it comes to the time that I will need to order new part. I don't even know their name or how to assemble.
