Can a machine like this help for asthmatic people? When you get the flu or bronchitis. In the hospital they normally knock the back or front of the chest. This gun does percussion and vibrating. I wonder if it will help.

I've seen a video of a nurse using it on her husband to help move fluids around in the lungs! So although I can't confirm for sure it does, in theory the percussion might help move fluids around that build up and help with some relief ! But as for asthma ,don't believe so!

How long ago was the tear ? If you're still in the rehabilitation process consult with your therapist. If it was long ago and you're just feeling general stiffness and soreness ,use with mild compression so flat and ball shape only to help recovery and improve blood flow ,I would also look at which movement patterns flare it up and avoid those .

@normancalfin8134 жыл бұрын
You need to always tell the viewer what speed you should use and why. Low speeds feel far more penatration than at higher speed. FYI many guns have levels from 1to 20 for example
@nunof014 жыл бұрын
Hi Norman , the speeds are also very important , but not as important as the heads you are using. For this video I chose to specifically just address the heads as each head can significantly change the experience of the massage and speed is just speed. It is true that a lot of guns have 20 speeds but they are all usually around the same range which is between 2000ppm and 3500ppm (max). In most cases having more speeds doesn't add anything other than smaller intervals between settings ,and overall speed choice varies between users ( I mostly use higher settings because I'm so used to percurssion massage now). Take a look at this video where I approach both speeds and heads that might give you more insights : kzbin.info/www/bejne/rXbChXWurt6MaLc

Hi Ryan, it definitely assists in reducing muscle tension and tightness, but as for postural changes, there's more work to be done depending on how accentuated is your posture. Self Myofascial Release is just the very first layer in terms of corrective measures. If u sit down a lot I would suggest a standing desk and some postural awareness!

Hey there, yes that version of the head came after I bought my Hypervolt. I have it in the Achedwaway one. I usually use it when I'm looking for a softer feel but not compromising vibration frequency. I use it mostly for recovery and it's expecially helpful on the days that I'm more sore and can't take a too deep approach on the massage. It's also good to navigate around bony structures as it controls more the rebound effect when u get to less muscle dense areas.
