Really nice job. Thank you. When in Smart mode, I will get Current Smart Control Support Setting it will often display 100%. Do you know what this means? Is it configurable and why would I want to configure it. Sometimes I feel like smart control is giving me too much assistance. Finally, when I'm in smart control mode, I noticed that the LED lights on the frame light up the top two segments of the circle. Does that mean anything?

Support is expressed as a percentage (20%, 50%, etc). My question is: percentage of what? Of the total motor power, limited by the peak power? Or of the rider power applied to pedals? Appreciate any light on this.

Does your phone have to have mission control open and running on the phone while your riding in order to use your tune setups or can you turn it off after youv saved your tune setups?

Once you have set everything up in the app, you do not need to have the app running while riding!

Thanks for the quick overview. One thing I still am unclear of is the relationship between the power modes (third of a circle, two thirds etc) that you have access to on the bike display and the "modes" in Mission Control app. What if I select Eco mode in the app, start a ride and then bump up the manual button to a full circle or even Turbo? Do the manual b buttons work within the parameters of the Mission Control modes, or do the manual buttons override Mission Control? Thanks!

Hi @David Gerbering and thanks for the great question. We have an in depth video on the TCU here kzbin.info/www/bejne/eWa1aqSZZ6yYjqs and I have marked it at the spot that talks specifically to your question. But basically: One light correlates to ECO, two lights correlates to TRAIL and 3 lights around the circle means TURBO. If you are in the Mission control app and make a change to the ECO mode, then click save, then yes, when the bike says you are in ECO mode, it is in the ECO mode that you have saved. Hope this helps and have fun out there riding!

How would you set the tune for city driving??
@EriksBikeandBoardShop2 жыл бұрын
@Jo Vos, the settings that come ready to go on the Specialized eBikes are great starting spots, from there you can tweak the settings for your ride. Maybe you have a short commute, or a place to charge the battery at arrival and just want full support the whole way you can do that. Or maybe you have a longer ride, or need to carry more for your day, you can adjust it so the batter last longer. You can always chat with us at shopERIKS.com, or call (877) 885-2453 if you would like more specifics.

Mission Control times out and goes into pause when stopping to talk. How do you adjust the time out feature to last longer?
@EriksBikeandBoardShop3 жыл бұрын
@Steve Hops, you can change the timing of this under Settings in the Mission Control App!

Amazing. Nobody knows what Specialized support percentage is.What does 100% of support mean?
