Misery loves company. Lol I am just finding out about these, too. My Samsung S21 FE's battery has been draining faster for some reason lately, so I was trying to figure out options for replacing the battery.

Small question, even though this video feels dated. Has anyone been able to carry this type of power bank on a plane without having it seized? So far, something like this has proven a lifesaver for my phone. Yes, it’s a Newdery.

There’s a better one. The case is thinner and the entire thing is a battery its also a solar panel on the backside of it.. The case has a little lip at the bottom that you put inside of the port to charge the phone..You can’t even tell the case is a battery or anything.. You literally never have to use a wall charger again.. My phone hasn’t died in forever..I haven’t used an outlet in months..

I just bought a mophie case and its all fully charged so last night my phone was dying and the charging case was fully charged but wasn't charging my phone. What do I need to do to get it to kick on??? The instruction manual don't address this issue. The case 4 lights are lighting on...but the charging isn't taking place on my phone...please help🙏

@starbaghdad2666 press the button for 3 seconds, if that doesn't work, contact mophie for warranty replacement. Their cases have excellent warranty

Not sure if you can . I’ve always had one since I first seen em . The only time one has ever broke and didn’t work the same is when it got water damage . ! If I had to guess and it could be reset . Typically to reset an electronic device you drain it completely dead and after its dead drain the residual energy it has by holding the power button down 30 seconds . But that is only after it’s dead dead . Where the light does not even come on anymore …… then charge it to full capacity again . .
