Your hair can’t be trained to produce less oil your body just naturally produces oil and there isn’t anything you can do ab it

One thing I have a issue is how often should you wash, as you said it's based on the person. But say if you workout 5/6 days a week and sweat is built up(and other things, hair products, environment etc), should you shampoo your head everyday? If so do you use both shampoo & conditioner everyday to keep your head/hair clean? Thanks for the work😊
