Yes you can reuse just try and make sure no wires have been left in the holes. 😁

Does anybody know what i can do i have the same socket but my wires are orange and white then white with bit of orange then blue with a bit of white and white with blue and green with a bit of white and white wih a bit of grern im not sure where the wires go

Sounds similar to mine. Luckily for me, the previous setup was still available for me to view. The blue wire (with one or more bands of white) goes to B (don't know if it's a coincidence that B is for Blue, but it's certainly convenient to remember it that way); and the white (with one or more blue stripes on it) goes to the other terminal.

For the main A and B connections can that push down on the back that makes the connection be resued. I have to move a 5c socket from one part of house to another. I havent attempted to remove the wires yet. Thanks in advance.

I am doing the same thing, and I assume the answer is yes, since he is doing it in the video (re-wiring the A,B)

Surely this is almost obsolete as all new installations will be fibre only, even for phone lines
