Had experience when I buy two house with agent. It's not hard to be a broker. The challenge thing is knowing the client's psychology. Usually buyers could be in fear and nerves to buy home so making them relax and helping them to decide is crucial. So building trust is #1.

Is it rude to have two individual realtors working for you and not tell them? I will be house-hunting in a few months and I want to hire more than one. I don’t want to be exclusive to one person.

Legally, if you don’t have an exclusive agreement with anyone you’re free to work with as many as you like. Ethically, I don’t think it’s right, but that’s the risk a realtor takes if they don’t require you to sign an exclusive agreement with them. I would just suggest being honest about it if the topic comes up. 🤗
