Hi I have a question For subjective and objective complaints body part mentioned are spine and right shoulder However for intervention performed for hot moist pack and EMS spine is mentioned and for therapeutic exercise and neuro muscular education just time is provided so will we consider that for right shoulder based on subjective and objective complaints???

Hey Ash! Thanks for watching. Yes, the general format of a SOAP note is used in PT for daily notes, progress notes, and even evals. And yes, it’s possible for a new grad to make 100k through opportunities like travel, home health, and by working weekends at a skilled nursing facility or another clinic. Just have to be willing to put in the hours and you can earn 6 figures. Cheers!

Hey, Tim, how much do we use the ICF model, like, I'm spending to much time in PT learning it and training to take notes according to it, is it really that relevant in the work field??

It’s helpful for thinking through the functional components you address in a note. But it’s not like you reference the ICF model charts in the clinic.
