Just want to say I really appreciate your channel and helpful tips. I am currently doing my CELTA course and I am hoping to get a pass A. Quick question. I have been teaching for 12 years and one of my main strengths is building rapport with students but that also requires engaging students in small talk and conversation and I am getting feedback that I need to further limit ttt. How do I strike a balance between being a relatable teacher while trying my best not to speak much?
