🔸️Commited OKR = aim 100% Aspirational OKR (not clear path)= 70% 🔸️Key result = outcome (hasil). Goal post (gawang). 2:27 task = tactics or activity to get there. 🔸️2:22 1️⃣. Choose 3-5 objectives. an objectives anwer the questions: What's immediate problem, change or desired outcome we want. -2:56 objective example 2️⃣. Great video and entertaining to watch! When creating your target, can you create tasks on the fly or when adding tasks or lists, you have to select from existing ones?

Awesome video! Very informative. Just a question, the "key results" examples seem more tasks than results to me, aren't they? I don't see how "interviewing 20 people" would be a proof of successfully accomplishing the objective. Am i missing something? This is my first approach to the methodology. Thank you!
