Indeed Goku is a great character, had some great character development as well over the years (I had to mention it, as in the monologue video you were arguing like a 12 year old proving Goku's character development). Besides that Kakarot is undoubtedly hardworking. Speaking of @atlas eons comment, that person just commmented the right thing with context to the video. Meaning that, when it comes to this transformation Vegeta achieved it by sheer will and training, whereas Goku indeed got it via some ritual. So maybe you should see the whole scenario before you try to prove some random person wrong. It's rather very sad that there is a toxic fandom, which you are very much representing with your out of context comments. Indeed the kind of fans who tend to make the fandom divided. Nah if anything Vegeta is the one with natural talent. The reason goku is so strong is because he was trained by the best teachers there are, literal gods of martial arts. Vegeta on the other hand trained on his own and refused help from anyone. Only up until recently, now that Vegeta is putting aside his ego and training with masters he's improving incredibly and is even stronger than ui goku in the manga right now. So in terms of raw talent I think Vegeta has it, he was just too prideful to let others help him while Goku did anything he could to get stronger. People forget that Goku is a lower class saiyan while Vegeta comes from a royal lineage, of course he'd be stronger naturally.

Also think of SSG as the true base form if in fact when they internalize their ki a Saiyan just turns red. I believe my theory about Zenkais works here. I believe that Saiyans are constantly responding Ki from their opponents. This is part of their on-the-fight adaption. But when brought to near death, their body adapts to and against the Ki they've absorbed. So the stronger/more alien the Ki, the stronger the effect. My evidence? 1: Vegeta lost against another Saiyan (similar Ki) who was weaker than him, and gained a small Zenkai (33%). 2: After almost dying against a Somewhat stronger Zarbon with an alien Ki, he showed an impressive growth in power, barely struggling against Zarbon the second time, even having time to stop Krillin from escaping. 3: Vegeta would later be badly hurt by Racoome, with a far strong Ki which was alien to his own, and came back with a 733% growth in power. 3: Goku almost died while a powerful (stronger than his base) and alien Ki actually inhabited his body, seeing a 3,333% growth in power. A Saiyan's growth during Zenkai seems to be related to the opponents Ki, rather than how beat down they get. If that is the case, Vegeta training with someone overwhelmingly stronger with Godly Ki for an extended period would have certainly caused him to adapt to and with that Ki. So why didn't Goku acquire the Ki training with King Kai? Because King Kai was far weaker and likely didn't train Goku with fisticuffs. Vegeta's trainer was vastly stronger and trained him and Goku hand to hand. Now, I know this might sound like the theory that Zenkais are the body responding to the threat around them. The difference is that it isn't necessarily the threat, but rather the strength and nature of the Ki itself. Now what about Cell's growth into Super Perfect Cell? It was his own Ki afterall. Yes, but also consider that the growth wasn't as big as we may think. He went from firmly stronger than Gohans SSJ1 to likely matching his SSJ2 form (although that is up for debate), which means his growth had to fit well within Gohan's X2 multiplier for SSJ2. Also consider that Cell's big boost appears to be gaining his own version of SSJ2, meaning he likely saw little actual growth in base power.

Cell got stronger after he blew himself up because of saiyan's gene within him. Saiyans believed to got much stronger when they survived in near death or death itself, Vegeta explains that on Frieza arc in Namek.

Even after Gohan was badly injured (literally the loss of an arm an alot of blood), he was able to match Cell, and ultimately able to overtake him with morale support. Cell was already stronger than base SSJ. I'd say he is about 1.25x SSJ (remember that he was far more outclassed by SSJ2 than how he outclassed SSJ). At best, Gohan may have been only 1.5X ssj with his injuries, so Cell's growth would have been probably 20% growth at best. Even if you disagree with my numbers, the fact is, he went from strong enough to decidedly beat SSJ to strong enough to barely tie a very badly injured SSJ2. It wasn't a big increase for him. His Zenkai never kicked up when he was badly injured before, such as against Goku. I think the Zenkai here was more due to him having faced a greater SSJ2 power, as some people theorize that his super form was his "SSJ2." Remember that he showed a form similar to SSJ Level 3 against Trunks without ever using SSJ, so many believe he has a permanent access to it in a sort of "Not fully saiyan but rather a monster using Saiyan DNA" kind of way. So it would make sense if his "Zenkai" was really his Saiyan energy replicating SSJ2 instead of SSJ. Of course, since he is only partly Saiyan, it wouldn't have a similar multiplier.

That does make sense, I always saw it as the body reacting via some sort of saiyan Epigenetic function like working a muscle to near failure to to failure to maximize its growth. Pardon me for making this about something like the gym but working a muscle group out in a different way then what it’s used to does work out the muscles associated with it differently, with the smaller muscles getting focused and forced to grow in order to adapt as compared to the larger adapted muscles being the main movers in the normal way, we can then compare saiyans to something like a muscle…the more trauma they receive the more power they will gain after surviving the encounter, with encounters farther then what they are used to giving a new demand to grow stronger. Just using a muscle analogy to try and solidify your concept. The saiyan biology is truly impressive

There is one advantage of SSG over blue, and it was stated in super. SSG is less physically draining then blue is, allowing it to be sustained for longer.

At this point in the series, Super Saiyan Blue has very minor stamina consumption, considering the two Saiyans can use it for extensive periods of time without getting visibly tired. Though, from what we've seen in the DBS Broly movie, they only really use it if their opponent is stronger than them in their Super Saiyan God forms.

When doing the ritual, a link is established in the saiyans, so they are all connected, it's just that Goku got most of the power. Everybody else HAS God ki after that they just have to work harder to draw it out and use it. This would be interesting so u could give everyone something to do, as they would all have their individual "God moments" where when they come to a certain realization of self or work hard enough, they unlock the form. I think of it like unlocking your "true potential" from the Ninjago cartoon.👍🏽💯 Even Gohan could get it, and mix it with his ultimate form, his hair would be black still but his aura would be white with red/blue tinges in it👍🏽 Goten and trunks could have their own God forms and when they go God and THEN fuse there's a red/blue burst and boom, their fusion would last longer as it's being held together by God ki, it's like putting a band aid on a cut and then wrapping gauze around said band aid👍🏽💯

Having multiple writers isn't that bad. We are in a modern dragon ball era, so toriyama isn't going to be around forever and the franchise can be on-going. I think they learned this move from American Comicbook writers; hence, the multiverse addition to the series, so there is always someone stronger. Also toriyama cannot singly handle the series demand and fifty million spin off series would just annoy people. If you read about cell arc--the demand made the producers push toriyama and made him have harder things to draw. If dragonball was an indie anime/manga, yeah I get that, but no its pop culture icon competing against worldwide icons. Moreover, Dragonball Super is an economic force for Japan with the new Broly movie generating 88 million. Just a new perspective for anyone reading the comments.

I don't remember him using it in the first tournament, almost 100% certain he didn't use it in the Goku Black arc, and then he pulled it out once or twice in the Tournament of Power. Honestly I agree that holding Blue until the first tournament or Goku Black would've been better but I understand disagreements with that.

My own theory is that everyone involved in the original ritual right before Goku fought Beerus has had divine energy flow through them. Since they all channeled it into Goku, he became the Super Saiyan God. Vegeta was still in the ritual, and he had divine energy coursing through him. That's why he was able to get to that level eventually. In theory, the rest of the Saiyans from that ritual would be able to unlock it since they had divine energy course through them before (it's just that none of them are nowhere near strong enough currently).

I feel most of these things with saiyains could be explained that the transformations require a whole separate energy "frequency". Once a saiyan achieves achieve a form its likely tuning fork making strong enough saiyans find it easier to then follow. Vegeta only saw a few seconds of goku and trunks and it was enough to push him, but much harder than for trunks, goten, cabba etc who were surrounded by intense super saiyan energy

I think what we forget is that the ceremony that took place was something that needed to be done. It is completely possible that Goku and Vegeta could have achieved the form without the ceremony if they were exposed to god ki (training with Whis or Beerus) however, they didn't have the time to figure it out. They needed something that was going to prevent Beerus from eliminating earth and thus the ceremony was their only option and really the only information they had about it at the time.

SSB is obtained by raising your Ki and not letting it leak. Super saiyan Blue is “The super saiyan form of Super saiyan God”. So just reverse engineer Blue to get Red. Alternatively, one could use the ritual. Either that or Toriyama smoked a big one.
