Yes , true India has lots of diabetic patients. But not just this “8 walk “ , there are other stuffs involved too. Check the following… - don’t eat TOO MUCH - first point suits particularly for TN people . Why? Past few years unnecessary hype was/ is given for “Briyani”. Control Rice control Briyani. Give rest to your body parts by eating less. Eat healthy and try your best to eat atleast 2 times depending upon your age . Reduce as you age and concentrate more on healthy foods. DO NOT WASTE FOOD. -walk a lot. DO YOU REALLY NEED CAR? we have ample amount of public transportation. Use that. It’s not just good for your health but also is good for the environment. Reduces carbon foot print. Walk to bus stop or train station.. whenever you get time walk a lot. Poi kaalai maalai erandu velayum kovilai suthunga. Konjam mind free aagum. Need not believe in God. Just do for stress free mind. - another thing is FASTING. Yes, do you remember your grandparents fast during holy days , Tuesdays , Friday s etc and also refrain from eating meat on certain days / months of the year? Do that . - have a eco friendly hobby. Plant trees , vegetable and flower garden at your home. Make garlands and give it to temples or place it on your God at home. Share the produce with your neighbors or with your house helpers. Go your ancestors way of living as much as possible. Pancreas will work as a quality controller.Normally this will send good sugar only. But when we are taking tablets for sugar now the problem is starting. Now the pancreas allow the bad sugar to blood. So finally our muscles mixed with bad sugar. So day by day you'll be in high sugar.

No Submission of certificate is not mandatory. But, schools and colleges are forcing us to submit the certificates. I'm a Professor in Engineering College and I was forced to submit the certificates. But, it is not at all mandatory.

இதன் விலை சுமார் 5000 என சில கமென்டில் படித்தேன்.. தேங்காய் நாரில் கால் மிதியடி Rs.60 to 80 யில் கிடைக்கும்..அதில் ஒரு 10 வாங்கி வீட்டுக்குள் / மாடியில் போட்டு நடக்கலாம்.. எதற்கு 5000??
