Hi Sonya, I just discovered your channel and have been binge watching your videos. My father was Jewish; my mother was not. I was not raised with a kosher kitchen. Some of my Aunts kept kosher when I was a little girl. The only thing I remember is that one Aunt had a huge kitchen with 2 sinks and 2 dishwashers. I remember my Aunt telling me that if I grabbed the wrong fork it would have to be buried in the backyard. I think I was about 7 years old and it was the early 1960’s. If you have another Q & A video, I would love it if you could explain how you manage kosher in your kitchen. I know the basics, no mixing of meat & dairy, no pork, no shellfish but that’s all. Thank you.
