Oh that's a coconut sap. I remember when I was a kid long long time ago, I was dringking it just by myself and got drunk with that coconut sap 😁. It taste sweet ! My parents wondered why I was vomiting a little bit next to the door of our bedroom and there they found out that I got drunk and holding a half gallon of Tuba or coconut sap with a glass that I used to drink 😁.

My father was a Tuba maker from our coconut trees. Only his Tuba I used to drink then. When Tuba was not drink today tomorrow and next days Tuba becomes venigar. U can put anchovies in d coconut shredded its so much good in smell & taste or put some small pork in it u can cook vege w/ ilocano style fresh calabasa,okra ,eggplant w/ kamote leaves or kngkong put little 2 taste or bangus along or not w/ d vege & fish bottled anchovies dz menu called diningding in Ilocanos

Amazing and wonderful place, away from the crowded city nature with peace sorrounded by greens lots of fruits even vegetables have it also, even the houses its a nature friendly houses. The kids so really cute theyre adopting like a typical filipino kids living in a provinces 😍. Its seen in your face the true happiness living in samal, your not being an stranger living in other countries but the community it feels like your truly home land with your fellow russians. when u pick coconut theres 2 easy way 1 . Grab the bottom of the coconut then twist it until it detached 2 . Use your fingers, like an open scissor with your fingers then Just slide the space between your fingers to the stalk of the coconut then pull real hard
