Do you ever see the Logic board in the FICM go bad even that it has the right voltage range?

Yes. Usually because of water intrusion or short to grounds. Had one recently that had a bad body ground not giving correct voltage to the logic side. My scanner bottoms out at 10v so when I see that I'm suspicious of a ground issue.
