How & why Sumedh Singh Saini targetted friend turned foe DGP S S Virk ? How IPS officers' clashed ?

Ritesh Lakhi, in this video explains the big clash between two top cops of Punjab Police. Known to be good friends and having worked under the command of Super Cop K P S Gill to stem extremism out of Indian state of Punjab, both officers ex DGP S S Virk and the then vigilance director Sumedh Singh Saini gunned for each other. Having mastered the art of acquiring political patronage both IPS officers one after the other played to the tunes of their political masters in terms of manipulating the various cases in courts of laws. Sumedh Singh Saini, however, went many step further and registered a highly motivated case against then Maharashtra DGP S S Virk and got him arrested from a team of vigilance bureau. Saini also tried to rake up some cases of extremist turned police agents popularly called as CATs who had patronage from S S Virk. The feud reached its peak and former DGP and Super Cop KPS Gill had to step in to stop the vendetta action of Sumedh Singh Saini against his former superior and friend S S Virk.
