@Pat Ratzinger I appreciate the conspiracy theory, but wouldn't a microwave ray gun cause humans to just straight out die? Microwaves are very low energy and work by moving around water molecules (vibrating them/exciting them) which produces heat. Don't you think that someone would feel the effects of being blasted by microwaves when every single water molecule in their body heats up? I do like your land control idea though. However, I think a lot of this is speculation and while some of it is true, other aspects are a bit of a reach. I don't think there is a New World Order, although, implementing population control and forced migration via fires would require some sort of planning by a person or persons. You might not be wrong about the government starting fires. I'm in school currently for environmental conservation (more or less) and we have to do prescribed burns which help remove dead vegetation in the forest so there is less kindling for a massive wildfire to break out if/when it does happen. The federal government has employees that do this, so theoretically, if a federal "burner" let the fire get out of hand, then yes; technically the government started the fire.

I found out first hand how fast fires can get bad. I had a brush pile from tree removal that I was trying to get rid of and some how it caught on fire and was smothering for probably days before I noticed it. All it took for it to become slightly disturbed from me putting water on it with a hose and while I was inside the house on the phone calling the fire department it became an inferno. Luckily they came and put it out. Dry twigs branches can go up in flames just like that.
