Yes your right they proved it would not have gone to the GBI if Greg McMichael had not leaked the video thinking people would see him, Travis and Roddie as hero's for protecting their neighbourhood from an unarmed black jogger who checked out a construction site like just about every adult has done as some point in their lives. The DA is only been prosecuted now because Greg McMichael was kind enough to release the video, she had the video, watched it, handed the case on to another LE officer (not sure if he is a DA too, don't want to misinform) who wrote a letter saying it was clear self defence so no charges warranted, he had the video too. Complete cover up and they would have gotten away with it had the video not leaked. Remember Ahmaud's mother was told he was doing a burglary when confronted by owner with a gun, he struggled with them and was shot and killed. Nothing at all like really happened. Greg McMichael must be kicking himself now for thinking he was a hero. Hope they rot in jail and then burn in hell for what they did.

I think it's Greg McMichael we have to thank, getting his lawyer friend to leak the video so people would see he did a good thing! He seriously misread the room, they were free and would never have been charged without that video going public, even Ahmaud's mum was told he was committing a burglary when owner confronted him with a gun they struggled and he was shot dead, no mention he did nothing illegal, was hunted down like a wild animal and when he had no where to go other than to fight they slaughtered him. Offered no first aid and had 2 DA's and LE in their pocket!

Good ol white boys , I’m in Al and the law doesn’t apply to locals. I lived in Bay springs, Ms when 2 deputies busted in my house and took me to jail so my ex could get my 1 y o . My grandfather called the sheriff, his old friend, and my child was returned at 4 am. No one got fired, I got PTSD. Even living in LA I had to deal with corruption so it’s not just minorities subjected to it. This situation was waaayyyyyyy out of control. The young man may have had Run ins with the law but he wasn’t a murderer. I feel like shooting people stealing my lawn tools but I don’t want to lose my freedom.

There is more than one video. Roddy told the cops on police bodycam that he may have recorded "2 or 3". One of the mcmichael's defense team also said "there is more than one video". Those videos should be interesting. They may even work more against the mcmichael's as it could support the idea that ahmaud was chased and trapped due to an ongoing pursuit that ended with ahmaud being killed. Or, as one of the mcmichael's lawyers first introduced the idea that there is more than one video, it could show things that make the mcmichael's look better. We will have to wait and see. This was always going to be a fascinating trial.

They had poor Defense Lawyers of there is a video that shows them in a better light. Why didn't they fight for them to be introduced as evidence Instead Travis Lawyer talked about him being in the Coast Guard. And Gregory Lawyer talked about Ahmaud long dirty toenails. But at the nond hearing Travis did tell Gregory she suck

It would have still been a case. It might have been even better in a way. People would be using their imagination knowing two men (you wouldn't have known about Roddy's role probably). Conviction either way.

Most likely there wouldn't be a trial. It would've been circumstances similar to those that were distorted like the initial circumstances were in the George Floyd case. Initially some of the headlines wrongly said that George Floyd died while resisting arrest. It would've been similar regarding Amauhd Abery, in other words, another individual Black guy who was murdered by a "group" of White guys being covered up. So a trial never would be effectuated. Another Black guy thus would be, among other things, wrongly characterized as behaving like a violent militant even though he was not.

The sour grapes of the realization that the video did not vindicate what the three men did and instead showed that they were responsible for the life that was killed . The what if , is able to speak for it's self , and sents the three men who were responsible for the killing of another person were not in custody it didn't matter whether the video existed or not . However the existence of a video came in to existence when it was revealed that there was a video that depicted the killing of another person . The sole purpose of the video was to exonerate those who were responsible for the killing of another person . To now bring up a hypothetical question that if there wasn't a video , , just proves that the video is speaking for it's self and it is saying that those three men participated and were responsible for the Life That Was Ended .

I've been watching this sense the very beginning. The Bryan video tells it all. It's sad to admit that Ahmad Arbery made a very bad choice when he attacked the guy who was holding a shotgun. Had Mr. Arbery ran to the right across the open grass field to the road in front of him to avoid a confrontation maybe none of this would have happened. Maybe the police would have shown up in time to take control of this event. In a previous post I stated that the only "Rights" the Mc Michaels had was the right to contact the police and request their assistance. I'm not sure if they had the right to get firearms and attempt to stop him. Mr. Colion Noir, (an Attorney), pointed out that Mr. Arbery was not carrying anything from the house being remodeled that Mr. Arbery was seen running from and may have caused the Mc. Michaels to be suspicious. In the Bryan video of Mr. Arbery running I didn't see anything in Mr. Arbery's possession that would make Mr. Arbery look suspicious. But all this is not about theft. It's about someone attacking another person who defended himself. Many people believe that if this involved all "White People" it wouldn't have gotten this amount of attention and it would have been justified a self defense case. It's a very sad and terrible incident. Racism is evil and should not be tolerated by any race of people.
