Woke up this morning with dizzy/giddy sensations, not had this one before...so old thoughts start up with their theories, guesses, doubts, fears, stories based on absolutely nothing & were trying to scare the crap out of me...but these days, thanks to Dan & this wonderful community of beautiful souls... I'm on to them little tricksters!! So little to no interest...carry on with my day. Just got back from a cycle ride. Brain is learning...sensations gone. This stuff really, really works folks. I continue to implement. Wishing everyone love. Love you Dan. Always grateful for you & all the daily reminders.💜

In my opinion us TMSers have vivid imaginations and an extensive vocabulary by default. Learning to redirect fearful language is part of recovery imo. I say I have a Pandora's box 🙄😁. However I don't have to open it.

Just be an observant.. Perceived danger and chronic symptoms can be an addiction. Anything imbalanced - there is no logical thinking involved in the brain. Being an observant to the symptoms means, you’re observing how the sensation feels like - when the brain behaves a certain way…but you’re not in it. It’s telling your brain NOT to perceive but to “observe” the fact of what’s happening during the sensation. Example, felt dizzy or confused as a sign of fear, but you didn’t fall.

I think that people actually have these normal abnormalities and physical changes, but the brain increases motor output when in high levels of stress which magnifies the muscle tension, compression, symptoms, and negatively impacts decision making as it relates to physical activity in such a way that perpetuates a cycle. That’s my belief and it has been really helpful and healthy. It allows me to still do exercises I enjoy and feel good and implement Sarno to a degree.

The important thing is I made another decision to have a great day and so it is. Mindset. Another win! Ty Dan..great vid❤🎉

I’m trying to reduce amitriptyline (for nerve pain /sensations) and the numbness in my head is ramping up. I only take 1 /4 of 10mg dose and now trying to cut to 1/8. Last couple days I’ve had a bit more than an 1/8. I’m gonna try and ignore and tell myself I’m safe but it’s not easy as it’s a very uncomfortable sensation. Hopefully my body can let go of it. Thanks for this Dan.

If I could thumbs up this video multiple times, I would. I had no clue how by sharing and describing what and how I was feeling, that I was actually feeding the beast. It was tough to find other things to talk about, especially when someone who loved me compassionately would ask me: “How are you feeling today?” or even more specifically: “How is your body feeling lately?” Since undergoing QNRT & brain training sessions at a holistic practice here in MN to help rewire my brain, after 5 years of trying and struggling, my brain has finally stopped sending signals to my adrenals to fire off cortisol in response to triggers. My body now stays at rest and I can think clearly. I feel the best I have in over 5 years. I’m so thankful to have come across Dan’s KZbin videos and coaching. Such wisdom and hope here that you are generously giving out to those who will hear. Thank you Dan!!!!

Apparently trauma that initiatives TMS also does something to the developing right brain hemisphere, lighting it up as we grow, making us extremely creative, I can see it loud and clear in how us TMSers choose to use such colourful and vivid language. It doesnt help our cause! Instead of describing something as negative, you describe it as not being as positive as youd like. So the brain only has the positive word to work with.

Amazing video! How we describe our symptoms affects the experience of our symptoms. Colorful language and metaphors “explosion” “battery” “severe” “crash” and our self diagnosis- “kidneys/heart/nerve pain” “cyst” determine the severity and duration of our symptoms.

I need advice on what to chat about with people. Since the condition and recovery has almost consumed my life, I run out of things to talk about.. I don't do much other than listen to recovery stuff, rest, some work.. sometimes I'll do other stuff worth mentioning but... Anyone relate?? Can't always just talk about the weather. Certainly don't want to talk about politics!...

Will this work for Vax benzo injured
@PainFreeYou
@PainFreeYou 2 ай бұрын
Impossible to say for YOU, but some are getting well. The best way to know is to evaluate YOUR symptoms. Have you done the assessments to see how your symptoms are behaving? IsThisTMS.com - if it says TMS / PDP, then it's not the benzo or the vax that is causing the symptoms. The concept is that perceived danger creates symptoms. It is possible your situation is based on true injury. But maybe it's not. That link will lead you to the assessments. And my fast start playlist will help you understand how it all works and what to do. DansFastStart.com Bottom line is that there is no downside, only benefit to this work.

Increased muscle tension, and fear are probably perpetuating poor decision making as it relates to physical activity, but no necrosis is not TMS. I would find an experienced practitioner that uses Bill’s UHPC model.
