This is another godsend. Thank you so much. I used to be very anxious and fearful when triggered by certain person who is dear to me, these days as my issues of abandonment got resolved so much, I noticed that my fear and anxiety is switching into anger…. Very interesting. But then I process it and learn the radical acceptance then the anger dissipates into gentle sadness and courage. It’s not easy. But we can exercise our muscles ! ❤️

I'm a bit confused by how you keep pronouncing preferences as "PER-FER-ENCES:" Is that a different word or are you just pronouncing it differently? Specifically at 07:38 08:05 08:56 Overall great advice and I found these points very helpful. Thank you!

I’m curious what might be the fears or hurt that’s behind the last four . The first one you said because if you don’t feel like the most important person in the room that makes you feel vulnerable for others to attack you . But what are the last four protecting you from ?

Good question... 2) could be protecting from the fear of being wrong or overlooked 3) from the fear of not getting your needs fulfilled 4) the fear of discomfort 5) fear of weakness
