Yup something like this can be made using after effects. In conjunction with illustrator of your making your own graphics. Just look up motion graphic tutorials or "explainer videos after effects" or " kinetic typography" on youtube, those topics pretty much cover what it takes to make these types of videos. It's not very difficult, just time consuming

Might I also include that we are sadly disappointed with some of the new updates that wipe out the founders original goals to many features such as googleplay and other features, of which a streamlined service and safety foundation was to remain constant. A constant interface allows for better userability and expectation which also performs well with securoty expectations and growth. Google must also create a more proffessional technological site with a trusted entry point hyperlink to a Google trusted main page that focuses only on products and services with safety in mind.
