You can change the colors in the code before you upload it to the Arduino. You can have almost any colors you like.

You can update the code in the program to do anything with the lights that you want. You can do any colors, and any pattern. If you don't want it to be a clock, you can change the lights to do a rainbow 🌈 if that's what you want. I don't make videos to do programming, but there are lots of videos on KZbin that do.
