I am insanely curious if anything happened to the sugar you used as a pie weight. Did any of it Caramelize? Or was the bake too short for the heat to really effect it?

She said at the end that it caramelized a tiny bit, but it’s not very noticeable. You can save the sugar and use it for caramel.
