I always tell my wife and kids .. we must be respectful and understand that we have rules to follow .. when people road rage or they want to take a parking spot or they want to act dumb , it's best to let it go. It isn't worth our lives or the kids lives. I also tell my family to respect law enforcement, security or anyone in place that is here to be apart of the solution, and let's not make their jobs harder than it needs to be . Instead of this man saying . They need more training and a badge don't make you a man.. they need to take accountability and learn that people aren't here to deal with the animalistic behavior of people. Yes I stepped in front of the car I was about 20 ft in front of the car and instead of her stopping the car she kept coming towards me and then she hit me with the car and as I was laying there on the hood of her car I asked her to stop she told me FU and she kept going and I feared for my life so I shot her. As of right now no one knows any facts so you cannot pick a side until you learn all of the facts the truth. But you are already blaming the security guard when you don't even know what the truth is. All we know is that the lady admitted out of her mouth that she did not stop her car she just turned her steering wheel. Sorry but most educated people When there driving their car only 5 mph and something gets in front of their car they hit the brakes and stop their car. There's no law against defending yourself from security. The father should find out where this security guard lives and give him a "talk" or perhaps HIRE people to give him a "talk." The problem here is the fact that everyone in this comment section is immediately going after the Security Guard. Why? All of you guys comments I agree, but being an Armed Security Officer myself this guard not “officers had no right to use his weapon. The state of Texas let it be know that for us to use our weapon we must have EXTREME threat of life ( ie.Someone shooting at us or shooting someone else on the property this is being protected ). So even if this woman is wrong there was no extreme threat of life towards the guard so no weapon should had been used. Now getting a lawyer I 110% agree. If it was me I would go criminal & personal injury so break down go after guard, guard company, Houston Zoo. Now at @brashadp I have to somewhat disagree with calling Quanell X before I’ll explain I have to say first Quanell X has an very intelligent mind and is always focused on our people of color and I love that. BUT the reason I disagree is because the young woman need a response of quickly need if she used as the like to call it the ( Race card ) she could wait for months or even years to get justice monetary she would get expeditiously. But also I feel that if this not enough for racial charge, he wouldn’t even accept it. For him not enough money nor would it be spotlight.
