相信是溫度太低，水分蒸發的不夠快，建議把溫度提高一點，相信很容易就有阻力。

Thanks for sharing 😄 will try tonight. I tried you another receipt (焗黃金年糕）, it’s really delicious and the texture is really good. but I double up the sugar contents as your original receipt stated 60g which is not enough for my sweet tooth.
