Why would you not want the same thread pitch?? If it's fine thread, why would you fuck it up with a coarse tread??? IT DOES MATTER!!! Especially if you plan on using the hub assembly agai and using the same OE bolts for reassembly!!

I wasn't reusing the old hubs I was replacing them. so I used what I had laying around at the time. And I still used the original bolts

If by replacing this part will it eliminate the squeaking while you turn or go over bumps?

In some cases yes but it could also be your tie rods cv axle or upper control arm making the noise as well

Thinking about buying a 93 accord for 600$ Canadian so maybe 400$ us does it worth it?

I would say so yes as long as its got a good body and not full of rust some rust is okay but it depends what you want to do with it I have a 92 I bought for 400 and I have ben driving it for 2 years now
