Sat nam I highly recommend Hudson in kundalini as she was the first one to introduce me to Sadhana at Gurmukh's studio and I continued to Rollerblade a mile to this 4am candlelight 🕯 🧘🏾‍♀️ 🕉 🧘‍♂️ healing for many many years and being yoga, being quiet, being ok in the uncertainty, being grateful, honest, and pure in consciousness and subconsciousness takes teamwork. Noone can do this alone and everyone needs a friend on the journey.
