Fun fact: Beef Jerky is one of Asmongold's favorite foods. It's not a coincidence that his preferred way to cook his steaks is very reminiscent of beef jerky. Check out the video by GugaFoods where they recreate Asmongold's favorite steak. It's been a bit since I saw the video, but I believe that video was very fair regarding his steak. They don't say it's the best steak ever and they demonstrate a way to make it better (Asmongold even reacts to it and expresses interest in making it himself), but they also admit it's not bad and they talk about what makes it good and why the formula isn't as crazy as it seems. I'd watch the GugaFoods video yourself to get your own takeaway, but IIRC the steak is surprisingly tender and easy to eat. Furthermore, the heavy seasoning combined with thinness of the steak means that the steak is essentially optimized for surface area, so every bite is fully seasoned all the way through, there's no bland dry unseasoned portions to suffer through like you would find on a regular well done steak

Asmongold is a legit hoarder, and he gets it honestly from his mom. That's not a knock against him or her, just a matter of fact, and you can see it with how reluctant he is to even throw away old drinks, plates, and pick up money off the ground. He has gotten much, MUCH better over the years, but hoarding is a legit disassociative issue. I love Asmon and I wish him nothing but the best, and I hope he's made as much progress ten years from now as he's made in the past ten years.

.... I'm having this really, REALLY weird urge to take Asmongold up on his offer. "If someone else wanted to clean up ..." I work as a housekeeper in a nursing home. A fairly decent one, but I have to clean up blood, shit and urine fairly regularly. My only issue is I live in Pennsylvania, so I'd have to get down there, and Im sure it's gonna take a week or more by myself, so I would need to take time off work. Which is hard to do because I've only worked there a few years at this point ... I'm sure I would have to foot the bill, bring my own cleaning supplies ... And even then, I'm still kinda making this plan in my head, because goddamnit, it would be great for the meme!! Anyone have thoughts on this? I'm ... Fascinated by the idea of cleaning a horder's house with no restrictions. I'm going to do some research about thoroughly cleaning this kind of mess. Probably would need to get my respirator mask back in working order, figure out how to work around cockroaches ... Let's see if this is an actual thing I'll obsess about to the point of doing it, or if it will pass after sanity reasserts itself.

It's strange, but there really seems to be a large gap between Asmon and his audience, like Asmon is fairly chill and seems to be "live and let live", but his audience can be seriously aggro at times, I've seen them saying all LGBT characters are woke, denying climate change etc, I like Asmon, but his audience I think is the biggest factor for why he has a bad image on social media. The recent AC shadows drama is a good example, Asmon pretty much thinks "it's weird they chose a black MC but it could be good," meanwhile his audience is soying out saying it's "woke."

the reason he pokes holes in the potato is not to save himself time, but is to have the potato be better baked. If you put holes in the potato the inside of the potato cooks better.
