I laughed after I seen it, and you hoping and skipping across the board that you was fishing from, once I seen it i didn't really want to tell you how bad it was, few more beers we would have been able to give it a few shots to pull it out ROFL! Thanks for the shout out buddy! and super glad it wasn't your eye or some other part and it was just your hard head lol ;-)

Bad 1 man! When I was about 13, my cousin and I we're fishing, and his pole wouldn't cast. So I took it apart, and fixed it.. I thought lol. He was standing beside me, and I told him watch how nice it cast now. We'll it jammed up, and just did a big circle right through his lip! This made me think of that lol.
@cutaplug9 жыл бұрын
Detecting207 ouch! the lip would be pretty painful I bet lol Love those old memories even if they are a little painful it's something you'll never forget =)

that's crazy dude! Never caught a large mouth Rusty before! Glad it didn't do more damage...or hit you in the face. That's a whole other world of hurt! Took a single kirby hook behind the ear once, but my little brother yanked it out, thinking he was snagged in a tree behind him. SUCKED!!!
@cutaplug9 жыл бұрын
RelicMedic ya I know a lot of people that got hooked by their brother =) Glad this didn't get me in the face I only had so much room to duck balancing on the board or I woulda went into the pond. If I was on land I would have dived out of the way lol

I did the same thing with a jointed Rapala a couple of years ago. The doctor snipped the back of the hook and then pushed it forward through my scalp and out. No fun...but funny. At least you ducked!
@KratosBadass9 жыл бұрын
Ouch..i know that feeling because i got fishing hook on my head yesterday. Its feel like something hit your back really hard with hook. But thank god only one hook was inside in my head and it's take 10 minutes to doc get hook out on my head. That was painful..but after all i got two perch before that unlucky accident happend lol..
@DetectingtheBurgh9 жыл бұрын
Oh Hell No. I like the story of how it got hooked to your head, but I think the fish was probably a BlueGill. My brother caught me with a big spoon fishing for Pike in Canada. He put the full barb right through my earlobe. My nurse nephew was along and he used wire cutter's to snip it, and out it came. We didn't think about this at the time but we should have put a post through the hole .. Pierced ear.
@cutaplug9 жыл бұрын
DetectingtheBurgh If it was a bluegill it was 2 1/2 pounder lol You shoulda pierced your ear haha =)

Cutaplug Metal Detecting That reminds me of something we did when we were teenagers and I just had to share. My pops was out of town and Bobby (friend in this video) came over to get drunk for the first time ever. We were smoking cigarettes and drinking and just having a good ole time. It was dry Gin and kool-laid... He had a cup with cig butts and ashes in one hand and drink in the other and got them confused. He took a huge swig of his ashes and butts and looked up at me with an ash mustache. I'll never forget that the rest of my life. We laughed so hard we about died from laughter that night LOL
@2cr4d5at19 жыл бұрын
Sounds like a good time lol. I watched a buddy of mine that was pretty drunk light a cig, took a few puffs and a couple drinks and somehow flipped his cig around without noticing. Well, the next puff was on the fire end instead of the filter lol. We lost it laughing at him so hard. He had some nice blisters on his lips the next day. lol

JL DIGGER hahaha yep that's something that would happen to Bobby for sure =)

Uhh , Owe ?
@cutaplug9 жыл бұрын
***** It certainly didn't feel good =) The worse part was it felt like a June bug was crawling in my hair for like a month after that because of the little nerves up there.
@AmericanCoinHunting9 жыл бұрын
Cutaplug Metal Detecting I have had the misfortune of being hooked by my lure and or jig 3 times . Just once was I able to pull it out directly . The other 2 times , I had to cut the hook , & force the barb threw in a circular motion to complete the retrieval . But I know you can not do that when bone is in the way (Like skull bone) That is why I said "Owe" . I could not imagine the pain of that hook removal Rusty .
@anselb20009 жыл бұрын
That doctor needs more training. He could have looked on KZbin and figured out how to remove a hook like that. No surgical cut needed!
@cutaplug9 жыл бұрын
anselb2000 haha I could have looked on KZbin and figured out how to remove it too but I'd probably end up in one those nasty related videos you see on the side =)

Gaw!! ...oh the injuries we endure being men...
@cutaplug9 жыл бұрын
ineedMOrivers I know right! I don't even have a scar from that one lol My head twitched in that spot for a month cause he got a little nerve in there. Felt like I had a June bug crawling in my hair and I'd check about 5 times a day before I got used to it. Thankfully it hasn't done it since lol
@vincentberglund67367 жыл бұрын
I would have pushed it through the other side and cut it
@cutaplug7 жыл бұрын
Trust me you wouldn't have lol The ER doc spent 20 minutes with pliers after numbing it and couldn't get it out. He had to call the surgeon to make sure no important nerves were there and he scalpeled it out. For about a month after that it felt like a bug was crawling on that part of my head so I guess he got a small nerve lol.

I caught a duck once while fishing but never snagged my lure on my head. Had to have been an odd feeling having that being pried loose from your numb scull. You know I don't think I've ever called anyone that before literally. LOL my YT friend thanks for sharing the lighter side with us. And if you didn't have your friends to laugh with you, you'd be laughing alone. Need to borrow my hard hat?

of the earth haha I've caught a blue heron while fishing before he flew right through my line and got all tangled in it. Was a pretty strange feeling for sure getting that pulled and pried lol

Twenty Minutes? I guess the doc didn't know to push the barb all the way through and out the other side, cut the barb off and remove the hook. Takes about a minute.
