Definitely! He has brought me so much joy. Him and Stephen Fry. And Rowan Atkinson And Michael Palin And David Jason And Dermot Morgan And Jessica Stevenson And Mark Heap And Olivia Colman And Richard Feynman (merely on here because he belongs on any list of awesome people) And Bill Bailey And Richard Ayoade And David Mitchell And Graham Norton And Simon Frost and Nick Pegg I have no idea how you manage to produce that many talented and genuinely pleasant people on these islands. "I'm unbelievably lucky. I don't deserve it, but I'm taking it." You deserve EVERYTHING, Mr. Laurie. Such humility is what will make the world right again. Everyone would do well to learn from such a gentleman. Especially those who share such unbelievable luck + privilege, yet have never tasted modesty-and so they're disconnected from the world, from any notion of appreciation and kindness... Yeah, I adored this interview. Shine a light on.

Agreed. There was a moment in the Night Manager where he gets some news against him (possibly the moment he realizes he's been betrayed) and there's a subtle movement of his eyes - you can see the character calculating what to do. It was utterly brilliant and something I wouldn't credit other actors as getting right like that. Like @OriginalYithian I believed he was evil, which is pretty amazing given I know Hugh Laurie best from Fry and Laurie, Black Adder and House.

Those who keep the world working smoothly and safely. This includes not only doctors and nurses, but our police, firemen, sanitation workers, food services, truck drivers, utility workers, bus & gig drivers, farmers, farm laborers, those working in meat packing. This is naming only a few of the professionals that risk their lives on a daily basis to save ours. Bless each and every one of them.

Hugh Laurie (that’s “Big Ass Taxi” in American) is such a kind and gracious fellow (“dude”). I had a friend who worked on the short-lived Fran Drescher Show, and Hugh was a guest. There was some sort of meal that was had before or after taping, and my friend’s boss had her do the dishes for everyone afterward. Hugh Laurie insisted on helping my friend with the dishes (I don’t think they had even allowed her to share in the meal), and she was later chastised for his kindness and manners. Hard to figure why that show didn’t last... But Hugh marches on, and continues to be a wonderfully gracious man!

Foreman would contract the disease and have to quarantine. They would have to test all possible treatments on Thirteen. Chase and Cameron rekindle their romance and are high off drugs. Wilson is sad because where are all the cancer patients? It’s discovered Kutner actually died of coronavirus. Taub is working remotely and constantly fighting with his wife. Cuddy is scrambling trying to find PPE for the staff. Young doctor is traveling with her pants. Other young doctor is there.

Dr. House would annoy anyone because he wouldn´t care about corona cases, they are just to boring and then he would find the one person with a different disease. Ofcourse he would pretend that, that person needs special attention while waiting for test results and just wasting time.

Making Hugh Laurie laugh is a great birthday gift! For me, it would be like making The Two Ronnies laugh on my 50th (in October, ahem . . .). As a Canadian, there's something special about English comedy and this interview was a real pleasure to watch and experience. Happy Birthday! #NovaScotiaStrong

We'll never go back! I'm lovin the new face of television. Being in isolation has made us more self aware ...and it's Great! For the first time our masks have fallen away to reveal real people, fantastic people, so satisfying to see and understand how much we are all alike! Ain't it great?!

Dear dear Stephen - your show makes me weep big heavy tears for America. As a musician I have long thought of US as one of the great musical cultures of the world: perhaps the greatest. And I love and admire a country so full of music. It just grieves me beyond belief how the people are being failed at every turn by the federal government. And the music? Amazing.... A-MA-ZING From Aaron Copeland to Elvis Aaron Presley, from Nina Simone to Stevie Ray Vaughn, Leonard Bernstein, Miles Davis, Freddie Hubbard, Bruce, Bob, The Sun Ra Orchestra, George Gershwin, Louis Jordan, Frank Sinatra, Bing, The Andrews Sisters (OMG

Attending virtual birthday parties in real time are so much fun. So Hugh Laurie and Stephen Colbert good for you. Way better than showing up somewhere in person that starts looking and sounding like something else you didn't expect at all instead at what you expected to be a birthday party or whatever. Friendship on a 2 way street is way better than silence about the fact its someone's birthday for sure. So Happy Birthday Stephen Colbert from Canada.
