so alittle history lesson about Pittsburgh PA from an actual pittsburgh for a long ass time im the mid 20th century. pittsburgh was industrial city. specializing in steel. We where so into industry that we literally. Mr.Burns our city. not kidding we produced so much smoke pollution we blocked out the sun. it was so bad home owners had to have a side door leading to the basement where they had a single shower head. (no tub, no toilet) where they had to wash off. to get the soot off. an area called 'the pittsburgh shower some time during the end of 20th Century. pittsburgh adopted some heavy EPA (or EPA style) regulations which severely helped increase quality of live. though at the cost of those steel jobs. these days pittsburgh is a bustling Medical and Educational Hub housing the University of Pittsburgh Medical Center(UPMC) a leader in cancer research. also home to University of Pittsburgh, La Roche College, Carnegie Melon Univeristy, and Duquesene University Saying you left the worlds biggest anti pollution protocol and crippled the EPA for Pittsburgh is like telling a guy who lost 100 pounds "I got rid of all the gyms, farmers markets and whole foods and replaced them with McDonald's, KFC and taco bell.
