possible explaination for each feature (in my limited knowledge): 1: since milk was once inteded for only young mammals, the human body has not evolved to produce lactase to digest them for adults (basically since evolution is still slower than our progress) 2: the appendix actually has a function to help with the immune system, so removing it can mean an increase in health problems such as diarrhea 3: the spine simply has much more weight on it in humans than other mammals as they have to work against gravity, which means it is more likely to have problems. I think that is just a problem mainly bipedal animals have (which is an especial problem when it is an important part of the central nervous system) 4: making a baby is extremely resource intensive, so the body may have developed very extreme measures which may have cause all of those effects (your aincent ancestors does not have text after all) 5: pee keeps you alive as what was ejected with the pee can make you dead, so peeing is the true detox 6: the nervous system needs a lot of editing to make sure you can see clearly (2 eyes, remove the blockage of the nose and add to blind spots), since your mind is kinda like software, bugs can happen sometimes. 7:muscles are not completely perfect 8:the toe has a lot of nerves to keep your balance for walking, so it can hurt a lot since they can sense pain as well 9: this is crap design, your dumbass body temperature homeostasis does not realize it's just cold food

The brain is an inconceivable trickster. One morning, I was thinking about something related to parenthood when I heard a child's voice yell "DAD!" nine times. I knew my brain was making it up, but it was some of the most realistic yelling I've ever heard, voice cracks and all. I could even tell you which direction I perceived it coming from. And that's of course only one example of my brain making up things I struggled to tell apart from reality. Bleh.

The appendix helps make sure your gut biome stays filled with bacteria (the good kind) so it doesn't serve no function, however this can largely be relpaced by a good diet and probiotics.

Little shocked you didn’t mention allergies. Wildest thing for me, used to be allergic to damn near everything, and peas would flat out kill me. Then sometime, say 10 years ago, it just stopped…except cats. Cats destroy me.

i really think the devs need to reconsider how they've balanced humans. a lower physical durability and non-intuitive weaknesses doesn't really counteract the overtuned intelligence stat, even when that itself is inconsistent in how it is
