I moved to Pachuca 2 months ago after I left the tourist trappings of Playa del Carmen. I really like it here. If you love the mountains, nature, and cooler weather, there is plenty of this here around Pachuca. It is also known for the strong winds that tend to come through the city each afternoon. Really, no expats here, but that is one of the things I like. It is a working city, they LOVE Futbal, and it has a European flair due to the history of Cornish Miners settling here in the 1900's.
