Hi Susannah, just came across your channel and the meals you prepare are perfect for my taste. I’ve owned a 15 in 1 for about a year now and normally pressure cook with quick release but recently I’ve chosen natural release and been having the same problem of it not opening, glad to see it’s a design fault and not just my machine. I’ve now subscribed and will make my way through your vlogs. Many thanks, Gill x

Hi Susannah, can this be frozen please?
@susannahskitchen26 күн бұрын
@@candiceshaw323 Hi, my knowledge is that you can freeze cooked rice so I don’t see why not. Maybe give it a google and make your own decision but I think it’s a yes. X

Hi can you do your recipes in the NINjA Foodi Dual Zone 9.5L Air fryer?
@susannahskitchen10 ай бұрын
Hi, Most of my recipes can be done in the Nina foodi’s. The 15 in 1 has all the functions plus the probe. Depending on the model is the amount you can do. All of my air fryer only recipes can be done in any air fryer

If I double the recipe how long do you think it should pressure cook for, Susannah? Thank you!
@susannahskitchen9 ай бұрын
Hi. Any of my pressure cooked recipes can have the quantities doubled, tripled etc but as long as the pieces stay the same size the cook time is the same. ie. The grains of rice are all the same size so require the same cook time. The quantity becomes irrelevant. I hope this makes sense and explains it

Can you lift the 15/1 easily. Or is it something that remains in one place. It’s too tall for under my cabinets. 😢 so would have to be stored and pulled out.
@susannahskitchen10 ай бұрын
Hi, I do move mine but it is chunky. I can lift it no problem but I prefer to keep in one place when I can. I keep mine on one half of my hob so I can use two rings if needed. I generally use the ninja for most of my cooking so worth having it to hand

Wonderful!!!! However, I am not sure that it is a good idea to stir something with metal spoon. It can scratch the pot. I use only silicon or food plastic kitchen cooking things.

I do generally as you are right it will spoil the pot
