Every song on this live album is phenomenal. I think I’m most excited for you to hear Sign of the Cross and The Clansman, mainly Sign of the Cross, because of how you never really cared for the album version. The live version has so much punch, is a bit more up tempo, and absolutely kicks ass!

My favorite song from Rock in Rio is The Clansman, from Virtual XI . The vibe with Bruce singing that song is far better than the studio version. You can give a second chance with Sing of The Cross, too. Can’t wait your reaction again on those songs 😉

I watched this dvd until make a hole in it. 250k f*ckin crazy fans (me included). The track that makes me goosebumps is Wratchild because There’s no one live performance that Maiden have played this track so brutal! And sanctuary because of the interaction with the crowd. But the entire performance is surreal! 🤘🏼

My favourite on this album is The Clansman, as it is far superior to the album version sung by Blaze. The Trooper is quite good as Bruce quotes a bit of Tennyson's Charge Of The Light Brigade poem as an introduction.

I was there... back then I was an 18 years old kid who just finished high school. I went to Rock in Rio festival without my mother knowing with no more than $20 in my pocket (thanks for it Dad) and it was amazing. The fun fact is that my mother was actually in Rio that that and she saw me on the TV news because the crowd was complaining and screaming for water in the 50 celsius hot Hell de Janeiro. Good memories... my first ever Maiden concert, the first one since Bruce returned to the band in 1999.
