What happened to purple streetlights and their distribution as a result of the hurricane? Are the damaged lights on the entrance ramps and at important evacuation points going to be replaced now or are they purple there again? Is this different in residential areas deeper in the city? Did LED light become purple all over from the damaging winds but not become completely damaged (phosphor coating chipping off)? Do they replace the other LED lights with defective LEDs?
