Yes and Yes!! We just ordered one about a month ago. We are still waiting for it to arrive but it does everything Papa said it does. We live in hurricane alley so we knew we needed one. 2 years ago we brought a solar fan. We also have solar lights we change outside and we pull them inside when a hurricane comes. Also, you can use the garden solar lights you put into the garden or path lights. All are run by solar. Another beautiful dinner by The Papa!

Thanks for the hurricane ideas. We just recently got married in June. My hubby his job moved him here to south Florida back in April. We are in the saint Lucie/ fort Pierce. So, of course my family and friends back home in GA are saying what we are going to do?? I'm like I'm pretty sure they'll let us know when to leave. So, did pack a bag already for just incase, but thanks for the ideas of what we need.

I don’t know if you guys are aware but the brown good stuff on the bottom (and sometimes the sides) of the pan is called “fond”. The stuff you learn on the internet! PS your chicken meal looks delicious. Stay safe.

Glad to see you all are prepared in the event of a hurricane. This dish looks so good Papa - alas no more types of these dishes in this household. My husband had a heart attack 8 weeks ago a month before his 79th birthday. He had angioplasty and had one stent put in one of his arteries. We both are now on a low sodium, low fat diet. No more beef (we didn't eat that much anyway), lamb (we miss that), fried chicken, chinese food take out, butter, cream, cold cuts, pickles, sugary things. I could eat these things and I do a tiny bit but I like to be in solidarity with the hubby. It took a while to get used to - but we have found some good dishes that we really like. We never used ground turkey before - we love it now. Plus we've both lost weight! Take care Nana and Papa. Blessings to you both.

Oh wow - - sorry to hear of your husbands health challenges. That can be rough but it is a wake up call I suppose. I like ground turkey in things like spaghetti and lasagna or something where there is a lot of flavors added. I am mostly done with fried foods myself - - they just don’t settle on my stomach good. I was in Japan this past week - and the group I was with (all young) wanted to go to McDonalds. I hadn’t had a Mac burger for probably 4 years - - - yuk!!!! Very salty and just didn’t taste good to me. I don’t miss it

No Hurricane’s in Hungary but very often power loss Just 2 weeks ago we had huge storm and been 2 days without electricity We live rural and some people had to wait 6 days to be reconnected So we decided to buy a generator but one on benzine. I’m going to make this chicken looks delicious
