Just so people don't get the wrong idea, this isn't therapy. A licensed therapist would NEVER break confidentiality about something like this unless he was bringing a dangerous STD into his marriage. Does this issue deserve to be brought to light? Yes I think it does, but a therapist is bound to not reveal these kinds of secrets. They would instead encourage the client to be honest with their partner.
