HVAC Update: Everything Checks Out So Far.

Recently had the HVAC guy look over the system again while I had some time off. So far, everything still seems good.

I got my 2011 Coleman LX replaced with a 2023 3.5 ton Carrier Comfort on Tuesday, we first started it up and no compressor because it was locked up, we had put on a hard start kit and got it to run, took it back off and it works, 2 hours after they left and compressor locked up, compressor is getting replaced next week, wish me luck Fun Fact: my carrier looks exactly like dynatrak’s carrier

I wonder if it was a leak at the schrader valves that was/is very tiny. I know Steve Lav puts metal caps on that have a rubber gasket inside and he cranks them on to stop minor schrader leaks.

Yeah it is possible. I'll certainly have them looked at next season as well to make sure all is still good.
