Top reasons your furnace won't stay lit

My furnace blower motor is short cycling and it also short cycles when in A/C mode. I have checked the limit switch, motor capacitor, flame sensor and reset the thermostat but the motor keeps quitting after an indefinite period of time (5-20min in Heat mode, around 45sec on AC). We're getting ready to have dangerously cold weather and I need some assistance asap. Anyone had the same situation ?
