This is great for me to see Jared return with a stream of this game, because his review of Hydlide is the first video I ever saw from him. It's also the video that made me want to watch more retro reviews. It made me discover ProJared and the rest of Normal Boots, the Completionist, and even made me go back to resume watching the Angry Video Game Nerd. The Hydlide review video is on a special playlist I play over and over again, for videos I can never watch too much. Seeing all the call backs to that video in this stream reminded me of why I fell in love with ProJared's channel in the first place.

I may have missed the Twitch version of this live stream, but I’m thankful this is archived forever on KZbin. I remember watching the clips of the Twitch stream as well as the whole 3 hour VOD on KZbin and crying my eyes out on the support Jerd received from his fans and community, especially from his friends. And man, when the sub count reached 2,000, I broke down in tears with Jerd. It was a emotional roller coaster ride, I laughed, cried, and raged with Jerd and his Herd. It was the unforgettable comeback and biggest reunion of 2019.

Me too. I was one of those fans who didn’t buy/fall for the narrative and wanted to support Jared and prove his innocence but due to the harassment and hate PBG and others who defended Jared and being indirectly labeled as an apologist of the false allegations against him, I kept silent. I did watch this stream vod as well as the other videos and streams he did in support, but I didn’t speak out in Jared’s defense until 2021 as I was still fearful about what would happen if I spoke out. Now, I’m no longer afraid to speak out in defense of Jared if necessary.

I guess I'm just glad you weren't crazy enough to try and go through VIRTUAL Hydlide again - I don't think any mortal could handle that level of pain and survive.
