Hydro Dipping Tonka Restoration

I bought this Tonka Truck thinking to paint it green with white roof, but later I got a idea to try something new. I ordered some Olympics stickers and bought all the colors of Olympic simple, I knew it would not be an easy project but I like to try new things. With Hydro Dipping I think you just need more and more practice to become better and know what to expect, hopefully in the future my projects will turn out even better. But for now I'm pleased with the result. Hope you enjoy it, thank you for watching!

Thank you!!! I used rustolium paint, and water thats a little warm. And thats it. Use gloves also. Its very easy to do but hard to make perfect

I was going to wet sand it, but its a very thin layer of paint.

Although I LOVE restoration of old toys, like this truck, I cannot embrace a tie-dye work pickup truck. Perhaps a tie-dye VW micro bus, but not a pickup.
