Hypnosis for fear of bridges

Nearly ended up on that bridge but came off on that slip road before it started. It doesn't even take that long to get over really. Maybe one day I'll make it over, it's certainly quicker than a load of diversions. My kids would love the views too. Thank you.

Your kids are a great motivating factor. It's best to get it sorted before they start becoming aware enough to ask why you're avoiding the bridges!

@@paradoxstudios6639 It's usually worse at night because the natural fear of the dark and fear of the unknown (what's in the areas you can't see) amplifies the anxiety. I've had people say if they drive dangerously close to the back of a lorry they feel fine (because they can't see ahead) but if they can't see at night they panic even more. This shows how you'll never fix it using logic because your unconscious mind doesn't think using the same logic as your conscious.

Thank you so much Paul!, for making this video and highlighting this , i never before got afraid of bridges then one day whilst driving over a big bridge i suddenly got this terrible feeling of dred !!how i got over this bridge is unbelievable luckily i did ,this was 4 years ago , and im ok now going over small bridges but the big ones still terrify me !, i guess now i have a phobia, i haven't told anyone i feel so stupid 😢your the first hopefully your videos can help me , if you think i can benefit with another or different way ,please let me no ,as im finding it so hard to get over the fear of fear , and this stops me , but im definitely trying your video , thank you so much 😊😊
