This is a one hour guided hypnosis session for helping you to reduce and overcome personal shyness and social anxiety.
This session uses principles of hypnotherapy for allowing you to build (and own) your own deeper confidence.
It includes an initial process of deep relaxation and healing visualisation; followed by a free association and age regression technique; and then finally a series of positive affirmations and suggestions. This is all designed to allow you to come to new understandings of your own previous anxieties - and to replace nervous uncertainty for positive self worth and self esteem when in the presence of others.
I hope this style of guided meditation and relaxation will be truly useful to you, to those of you seeking a release from the effects of social anxiety.

Haha the ad in this video was a guy saying that it doesn’t matter how many videos you watch in KZbin about social anxiety, you won’t overcome it (and then I skipped it because he was about to try to sell something). But guess what? These actually make me feel way better in social situations. And I have autism. Great video. Thank you very much.

Yeah same for me (also an aspie) and this is the only hypno i listened to that has had any effect. It's not only social anxiety, this helps me with programming too. I don't procrastinate and am super focused while playing this in the background.

While most people here are just claiming that it worked for them without describing how did it work actually and what changes they felt, i will share my experience, I've been listening since two weeks now, at first there wasn't any change at all for a few days, then one day suddenly i started talking with the guy at store near my house to whom i never talked to before and usually buy stuff and leave without saying a word, but i talked to him this time i asked how was he and how was the business going these days, he seemed surprised and happily replied, when i went home i realized that i never talked to this guy before and i felt this change in myself, next few days i talked with more random people at different places, well i still get anxiety in front social gatherings when there are more people around but o feel comfortable with one on one conversations which i usually avoided, so i think it works

do u really have to listen to the whole thing? because at mid video i already would be a asleep and after like 20 minutes i can’t focus on what he’s saying because i’d be too sleepy during it

I can not believe how life changing this was. Going back into my childhood and realizing the moment that started my anxiety issue was EXTREMELY necessary, helpful insightful and rewarding. I cried real tears. And when I came back to my conscious I felt a sense of relief. I had been nursing symptoms instead of getting to the root and always felt like I needed to dig deeper. Thank you from the bottom of my heart for sharing this. I was going to spend $250 on a session for this experience. This was priceless and I am extremely grateful to you

My anxiety was getting so bad until i started listening to your videos. One night i just got desperate and looked up guided meditation hoping that somehow it would help even just a little. I stumbled on one of your videos and now. And i swear to god im being honest. I have no anxiety at work. My coworkers even mention how my attitude has completely flipped. They notice nothing bothers me anymore. That im more positive. Its like a godsend to have these videos and i hope more people who need help can discover and try your videos!

Holy. I can't even begin. I listened to this video before a night out with some friends. Usually, I would be in my head the entire time and extremely nervous, but it was like I could finally be in the moment. This is the greatest video I have ever found in my life. I did this twice; once while awake and once while asleep. It has really helped! I feel a lot less anxious while in social situations, even though I was really sceptical about this. It’s great, I highly recommend this.

I don't have a problem with the act of socialising, I feel fine DURING it..... but when I leave I suddenly get overwhelming feelings of guilt / awkwardness / regret / anxiety etc of all the things things I should have said or done or behaved and then I think about how the people have/are viewing me now I've left, whether they think negatively of me as I did not say/do what I should have!! :( is this a form of social anxiety, even if I am ok WHILST socialising??

I would say it's definitely an aspect of it. I would say the meditation and mindfulness aspect of treating social anxiety is probably best suited for your particular symptom. Learning to detach yourself from your thoughts and not judging them is probably best for what you experience. I too have the same symptoms. However, I also feel it prior and during.

No. Its not SA. If you're fine w/ it, why do you think it? Ive social A., (its easy to communicate through here) & its hard making eye contact, i tense up a lot, my heart starts beating fast, its blurry when iloik up @ pple. For you pple that are questioning if you have SA, you must ask the sufferer otherwise you're just labeling yourself a condition you dont even have. The symptoms u described may be low confidence. SA is a different thing. Its a more intense serious condition where a person is paralyzed from excessive anxiety when in public& socializing.

it's the same feeling as when you have been drinking heavily and you go over what a fool you have made of yourself. it's all overthinking... all part of the same mental illness.. maybe you have taken every critique since you were a child and absorbed it and it's buried deep. I have this and also social anxiety and anxiety. I didn't help with my drug taking during my adolescent years. I listen to hypno or meditation every night and I take propranonol from the doctor. I have come a long way since a year ago... it's really all about reprogramming your subconsious. Michael has a video for overthinking.. check it out

Started this last night and today i felt a lot less embarrassed at work. I noticed i was able to control my blushing (i blush super easily :/ ) i should add that I’m also wearing citrine and carnelian (supposed to help with confidence and such) I’ll keep listening every night 1 week: ive made such a huge improvement. I mostly wanted to listen to this so that i could be less anxious at work and so that i could socialize with my coworkers bc I’m painfully quiet and shy and my coworkers knew that so they would try to just leave me alone. I think they noticed i was more relaxed and so they talked to me more and i felt very comfortable. I’m going to try to see improvement in other areas of my life.

Nice hypnosis thank you, broke out in a few tears when viewing my younger self. Will continue these a couple times per week and update my comment with my progress. Things I'm aiming for: 1. New job that pays what I want 2. Join a martial art and overcome my fear 3. Start a new business and achieve financial abundance 4. Prioritise enjoyment in everything I do and everyone I'm around.

I did this twice and i was changed..honestly this gave me confidence in ways i thought would take years to achieve. Everyone can see the differnce in me. I can recycle my positive thoughts and the negative ones no longer can interupt my mood.

I was pretty stressed out after a social interaction and I was on a verge of crying because there were many negative thoughts in my head and I was overanalyzing every word. This video helped me to calm down and steady my breathing. While I don't think it can magically cure social anxiety it's surely relaxing, and it helped me to relieve the stress. It's also reassuring to see that there are more people who understand what it's like to struggle with social anxiety. I hope that we can all overcome it one day. Take care guys ❤❤❤

Can you make a video for introverts? We're often misunderstood.. our energy gets drained being around people. It's not that we're shy or have social anxiety, our brains have a hard time processing social stimuli

I hope this helps with my social anxiety, even just making small talk to someone at work that I've known for 6 years is physically and mentally draining. I have so much I want to say to people but it's like the words won't leave my mouth... it's actually reached a point where people don't even engage in conversation with me, I feel so alone.

Very powerful. I had tears rolling down the cheeks of my physical body as I confronted my younger self in that moment. Obviously a lot of pain has been trapped in that moment and needs to be finally set free. Thank you x

I fell asleep during this but I had dreams about being in social situations and handling them without any anxiety, awkwardness or nervousness. In one part of my dream I ran into my ex and his friend that used to make me feel 2 inches tall. In the dream I wasnt nervous when speaking to them, I didnt give them much time or engage with them too much because I was aware of the hurt they caused me in the past but I was polite and easy going. I handled it really well. Other parts of my dream focused on different social settings were I was open and conversing with lots of different people.

Michael, as a firm believer in hypnosis, in general, it actually began in my high school days when I was prodded onto a stage in front of my school. I was sort of a rebel, out to catch the liars who tried to take advantage of believers. When the hypnotist touched his tie, I was to feel an electrical charge, although not painful, and relax back into my seat. I was what he revealed as a "Level Three," meaning far under. I began meditating and found I am easily "put to sleep" in less than five minutes, and my life is transformed almost immediately. However, searching for the perfect professional to help me when I needed it has never been an easy task. When I started my new position, having OCD, I am unhappy with anything I do that isn't at a Perfect Plus rating. Playing these various recordings of Michael Sealey has afforded me two things; first, a decent night's sleep, and second, a lot more confidence than I would have had without. After two weeks of training and testing, my final is today. Unfortunately, my computer died after I went to sleep and I don't know if I got the whole message or not. I guess we'll see. Until then, I am a true OCD testimony of his skills. I'm even considering his weight loss one.

Had to drop out of school for the second time because of my severe social anxiety. Im looking for a therapist and going to try to meditate atleast 5 times a week so I can eventually go to school again without dealing with anxiety every single day. I actually like talking or reading when I'm alone, practicing, so I hope I can eventually also have fun doing these things infront of people. I really hope all this will work

I watched this video last night before attending Disney World today. I was not looking forward to the trip because I heard it was the most crowded time of year. Normally, I'd see a big crowd and turn around. I woke up and prepared, didn't panic although we didn't leave as early as I would like, sat happily in traffic, calmly at the gates, and it went on. Boy was I happy to leave today!?! Yes but I smiled at ppl and I know this had to have helped. I will continue to listen at night.

This is the most life-changing hypnosis video I've ever listened to! Some of what I saw was very traumatic for me, but it was really just showing me the worst possible version of myself, and the best possible version. It taught me that we are all capable of the greatest good and the worst evil and that I should stop focusing on all the mistakes I've made because they don't define me. Nothing defines us. We are all capable of anything!

Either its placebo effect or it had actually work. Although, I can't say i have become extremely social through the night, I am, however, much more relax in conversation and found myself listening to others more rather than focusing in what I'm going to say next. Still can't start conversation to a stranger or acquaintaince but hopefully getting there :)

Woah. Just woah. I haven’t felt that type of relaxation in my life. I was at my grandmothers house (who has been gone for almost 5 years now) then on an island with glowing purple oceans and a cave of jewels and gems. Then this light washed over my body and I saw my anxiety on a pot top just steaming away. This was absolutely incredible

I can’t believe this but i listened to this one single time and it already made a difference, my people phobia can be crippling and this stuff (which i didn’t hope will) does work even after a single session! Thank you! I am already hopeful i can beat the feeling eventually!

***** I am so sorry that happened to you. No one, least of all a child, should ever be treated with anything but kindness and respect. While hypnosis with Michael on this video can be extremely helpful, if you continue to have difficulty despite this, you may want to consider speaking face to face with a psychologist or counselor. There is no need to continue carrying these feelings.

Wow. I'm not sure if this will work or not because I have yet to go out into the real world since doing it, BUT I've never gone into such a deep meditation before. I can't believe how fast that hour just passed. I feel like I was laying down for 10 mins.

I cried when I was hearing my younger self explain the emotions going on in that moment I was finally able to tell myself that its ok after not hearing from anyone. Also I stayed awake throughout this whole video and when I went to stop it I felt like I just woken up from a nap

Omg. I went into a lucid dream and got lost and talked to so many people and met a nice pretty girl and did so much in this dream it felt like a day. It was so intense guys. And now I feel so different

I just absolutely LOVE Michael Sealey!! I have noticed changes and its amazing. I'm not as panic stricken now when having to talk in my open share group at church, and at work I just have more confidence than I used to. I use all sorts of different topics that he has available in youtube!! Thank you for allowing this to be free. I am a single mom of 2! I do plan to buy some of your products when I can because you are awesome. :)

After Listening to this audio several times, I experienced something new. When I was listening to this there was a disconnection with my senses and I was just floating somewhere, His voice was there with me at all times. What a wonderful experience that I didn't think was possible at an earlier stage in my life.

I have never allowed myself to feel like that, not for over a decade. And there it was, this scared child, frightened, helpless, and betrayed. I can sense that I very much needed to help that child, and I told him he deserves to be happy. Unbelieveable. Thank you for this, I would pay for it.

I was reading through the comments, I see some people who didn't get the same results. I'm an active meditator, so I understand the state of mind you need to be in for this. So if it's not working, try meditation first so you understand the state of mind to be in. For me, I was not only utilizing my meditation practice, but actively listening and consciously participating in his words. This is an active exercise, you cannot passively move through it if you want real results. I actually felt my childhood trauma, experienced it in its entirety, and took the first steps toward healing the child I found there. I feel so at peace right now, it blows my mind.

It's been a few days since I did this and I feel alot better. I'm more open with people, more open with putting myself out there. You know what prompted me to do this is because I was wondering why I was so uncomfortable around new people. Like, what is a person thinking when they're afraid to talk to people? So you're afraid of rejection, why? You think you have nothing of value to say? You think you have nothing to offer anyone? And I realized the truth of that. Decided I'd actually do something about it. Well, it worked. I'm afraid to do it again because it worked so well, not sure if that logically makes sense. When I found the child, and gave it my pep talk, I was weeping because I KNEW that it was pain I carried with me for over a decade. I recognized it. In my mind I was giving that kid a very impassioned speech, telling him what I see when I look at him. And it's funny because I've been having very pleasent dreams ever since. Almost like my subconscious is thanking me with its symbolism. The first dream I had I was showing my crippled friend around and got to a beautiful beach with white sands, crystal clear water, and beautiful arcitecture; there were beautiful people in the water and my crippled friend jumped right in, even though he shouldn't have been able to swim. I jumped in after him, watch him sink to the shelf and swim along the bottom. I looked in the water to make sure he didn't drown and he sprang up right next to me, rejuvinated and happy. Dream interpretations say the beach is radiating positivity, and that cripple was me, or my subconscious, floundering on the bottom of the shelf, then rising up to meet me, happy and excited to experience. I feel hokey sharing this, like it's some stereotypical movie breakthrough moment for me, but it happened. I used to have very negative self talk, but it stopped after my session with this audio. I'm only really sharing this because some commenter was calling out people who didn't update their comments.. well it worked, dramatically. I believe my subconscious is thanking me for it.

I fell asleep listening to this last night and I had a really cool dream. I was in a store and I just layed down right in the middle of the store and closed my eyes and then when I got up I couldn't walk. Everytime I tried to stand up I fell right back down. I felt like I was on drugs. There was more to the dream but it's too much to explain on here lol.

Going out to a concert tonight and I haven’t really left the house in a few months.. didn’t occur to me how that might effect me until now with an hour left until I leave I feel like I’m having a panic attack. I want to go out and have fun, but for some reason my anxiety isn’t letting me. Hopefully I can shake this and go enjoy myself..

this is life changing, when I first listened to the recording I didn't think it would actually hypnotize me but after a couple of minutes he counted down and I instantly fell into trance it was unlike anything I experienced thank you so much, I could not be more great full.

Thank you so much Mr Michael I have chronic insomnia for 3-4 years and live of maybe 2 hours of sleep but praying along with faith and your helpful magical videos gave me a miracle the miracle of falling asleep.To me this was the impossible I went to doctors tried sleeping pills, teas,yoga and nothing so I'd like to thank God and you thank you so much! WOW. Okay. I’ve never felt anything like that in my life. I started laughing at some points because I was so relaxed and felt like I was falling. When I went back to the moment in my past, and confronted my past self, I cried actual tears. I’ve always been a skeptic when it comes to hypnotism and anything I’ve tried hasn’t worked for me...but I really went deep with this. I’m curious to see if it helps. Thank you!

Ask yourself ..were you the reason to getting fired...if yes.. Identify the reason work towards eliminating it..if not, you have no reason to fee fuilty or ashamed..look forward work hard thats life .. things can go wrong

I slept 9 hours last night, so I'm fully rested. Now I need to make a phone call which makes me quiet anxious and though this might help but I fall asleep again 5 minutes into this video. Happens with each single video of this guy. I want to be able to listen :D

Ok, I’ve just did this, I did stop at 27 min and 9 seconds because I’m feeling sick at the moment but I gotta say within that little bit of time, I felt so much calmer and my mind stopped thinking negatively and I felt good mentally so I’m gonna keep doing this and give an update in 1 month or so. I’ve actually been going through a lot emotionally, I’ve cried myself to sleep 2 nights in a row and my health is plummeting and I started to have very bad thoughts about hurting myself yesterday but today, I said no I’m not gonna stop fighting, I’m not a pussy, and I can get better if I actually try. I also quit my job a few months ago and now I have to find a new job and I’ve been so anxious and scared. It’s soooo hard to have even a normal conversation with people and I’m always apologizing for everything I say. It’s time I truly love myself and I have to fight for not just myself but my family too.

Don’t let all that stuff get to you, live your life be you and have fun, everyone goes through the same some have it worse than others but that just means they have to work harder.
