i dont like veggies. can hypnotherapy be used to make me think i like them?

@@Happiful Thank you. I'll read that right now. One thing I've always wondered and has kept me from trying it out, can hypnotherapy cause an eating disorder? I mean,if you told me that I liked vegetables, is it possible that I go too far and become a vegetarian? or worse, you tell me to eat better and I become bulimic?

We aren't hypnotherapists ourselves, so specific questions we would recommend asking a hypnotherapist if you come to a point where that feels like the right step for you. They will be able to explain more about the approach and how sessions would be tailored to help you achieve what it is you want. What we will say, is that the great thing about hypnotherapy is that you are in complete control throughout - you aren't going to be made to do anything you don't want to do.
