It happened to me twice and it still unbelievable for me how a woman can litterally have tears in her eyes,declaring she's got no clue what's gonna happen to her if you ever break up and the 2nd day after declaring all that kind of stuff she breaks up and finds someone else

Feeling this right now. 3 years of pure happiness for her to move on to a rebound just shy of 2 months after the breakup. An old easy dangly fruit might I add😂 hopefully when it doesn't work and she comes crawling back I'll politely refuse and hope the door doesn't hit her on the way out✌️

I truly appreciate these videos so much they have been a life saver into understanding more to why things ended up as they have 14 years of being with someone who revealed the next day after the break up she in another relationship. But i understand now she monkey branched onto another man i had no idea i was the only person in the relationship at that point but all these videos have helped me understand alot. I just reconnected with my ex and we both began falling for eachother. She is married but unhappy and never had the connection or love with him as she did with me. She is however not willing to lose the security he provides. It’s tragic. She blocked me out of nowhere after acting extremely jealous and anxious out of nowhere (stalking my IG, very passive aggressive posts targeted at me on her stories), before blocking me, then de-activating her social media indefinitely. I honestly believe she had an anxiety attack/mental breakdown, fearing the idea that I might meet another woman since she is unavailable. She is blocking me to avoid seeing me with another woman. This has been so hard on both of us. We both want to be together but it’s not going to work and it’s going to fall apart and there’s nothing I can do. Fuck

I think you both might be mistaking highs for happiness. She’s right to choose her husband. Real life and love is actually quite boring. The excitement of potentially reconciling with an ex outside of the marriage is a limerence high, not love. It’s less than nothing. Either way, if she’s telling you all this, how will she act if she got back with you when things start to go wrong? Will she start telling another guy she wants to leave you for him? Stay away my friend. When people insist on showing you who they are, believe them.

I’m sorry to say this, but honestly, she doesn’t love you. If she loved you, she wouldn’t be married to another man and she wouldn’t say she doesn’t want to leave him. If she really loved you, she would be with you. In fact, she would’ve never left you. Love and respect yourself and stay away from her. What she’s doing to you is not love. Spend some time healing and when you get over her and feel confident and secure enough for another relationship, go for it. You might not even need to look for someone, they might find you, it might just happen. I hope you can get rid of that situation and live a happy life.

@@cabraldemello I left her 12 years ago. And we just got into contact for the first time in July. That’s a lot of time for her to just.. move on without losing feelings. You kind of have to just move on at that point and accept I wasn’t coming back. The truth is the whole time we were talking there was this almost passive-aggressive recurring theme from her like she was jealous of me and angry she was this far into a marriage and can’t get out to be with me now. The problem is I could see how much she still loves me and how unhappy she is with him, but she refuses to lose the white picket fence/ security he is providing her. It’s a shame, choosing the easier and safer option over being happy. Oh well. Onto the next

If I told you not to think about chocolate, what will be the first thing you think about? Chocolate! Therefore my friend, don’t try to suppress it, walk into the pain. Spend some time each day intently focussed on her. Journal it, then go do something productive or fun. It will help desensitise you.

My ex of 8 weeks lives rent free in my head. We have a 2 year old son together. He doesn’t contact about our son ( been 5.5 weeks since he seen our son and 3 weeks since last contact ). I’m sick of crying and hurting. I think he is with someone else with in 3 weeks of the break up. I’m heartbroken, trying to heal and keep our son together and he is acting fine 💔

It’s the hardest thing ever constantly feeling disconnected the resulting anxiety is crippling if anyone know how to just deal with the anxiety would be appreciated. I’ve tried hobbies I go to the gym everyday mindfulness hanging out with friends. Nothing seems to work the anxiety follows me constantly

Anxiety isn’t something to be dealt with. It’s there to tell you something is wrong. The more you run from it the quicker it chases you down. It’s better to lean into the pain and sooth the core wound.

My friend, the 30 day rule is a load of crap. No contact lasts as long as it needs to. It is to get you back, not your ex.
