Seek God more. Be near to Him. Be in the light more and the darkness will become lesser. The lesser you are in the light the more darkness you will be in. So my point is stay in the light more and God will help you.

Remember what he did on the cross for your sins, repent and turn away, some tips that helped me was before your about to fall into that sin remember that he was tortured for your sins, and Force yourself to turn away because something is urging you to keep sinning (A.K.A Satan) Pray everyday (I pray 2-5 times a day if you want you could pray more or that exact amount of times as me) and I read my bible everyday, thats all the tips I could think of

The bible is true, here is proof: If god isn't real then who saved me from depression and die (if you know I cant actually say that on youtube) and if you dig deep enough into science like REALLY Deep It actually points towards a creator, For example what are the odds that the gravitational force of the universe is EXACTLY Where it needs to be? and if it was a TINY Bit stronger or weaker Humanity wouldn't be alive. its a parable, Jesus spoke parables so people would learn better (it doesn't mean LITERALLY) also if you don't believe 1. Every building is scientific proof of a builder, every painting is scientific proof of a painter so the universe is scientific proof of a creator 2. He died for you and your sins on a Cross was beaten, mocked, his insides were revealed and he was beat naked 3. if the sun was 1 cm closer or farther we wouldn't be alive, if that's not proof idk what is and if the gravitational force from the universe was a tiny bit stronger we wouldn't exist what are the odds of that? 4. When I was down bad and was in my most depressing stage of life, NOTHING Helped, but when I started praying and reading my bible all of those things were GONE, and I felt like I Had A Purpose! Sheep are animals who are lost without a shepherd. Jesus refers to all of us as sheep in numerous instances and refers to himself as the Good Shepherd, as only through His presence we find ourselves and are guided by Jesus Christ. Without Jesus we are lost, so the shepherd has to lead us.
