A tip: one tablespoon of oil has 120 kcal! Usually several tablespoons are used for frying. Too much oil causes high blood pressure in old age. I have an Airfeyer and cook completely without oil, but you can also reduce it to 1 tsp.❤❤❤

First of all, I am sorry for what you're going through. I do smoothies in the mornings, and I also add soy milk to my foods for added protein, I eat chia seeds and nutritional yeast. I eat lots of fruits and vegetables and they are loaded with fibers. I hope this helps.

I believe you can use this method to make any vegetable of your choice. You can use potato and add spices or what is available at where you live. I live in the US, and there are many varieties of vegetables. So have fun with it, and you can substitute zucchini with cucumber if that's ok by you. I hope this helps. Thanks so much for watching ❤️

I use red bell peppers, green bell pepper, yellow bell peepers, zucchini, yellow squash, broccoli slaw, mushrooms, and beans. Spices - oregano leaves, rosemary leaves, salt, crushed red pepper, curry powder, garlic powder, fresh cilantro leaves. I hope this helps. Thanks for watching 💕
