A tip: one tablespoon of oil has 120 kcal! Usually several tablespoons are used for frying. Too much oil causes high blood pressure in old age. I have an Airfeyer and cook completely without oil, but you can also reduce it to 1 tsp.❤❤❤

I only changed my diet at the age of 50 because I don't want to take medication in old age and want to eat as healthy a diet as possible to avoid as many illnesses as possible. Search the terms WFPB and Bill Clinton and WFPB + Eric Adams, and you'll see what they mean.🌷🌷🌷🌷🌷

That's exactly how I basically loss over 50 pounds. I did it will olive oil and pan over stove with a lot of spices and cut up veggies. Frozen and fresh veggies, and this is a way to lose unwanted weight and maintain healthy weight the right way along with different rice.

I roast all these veggies at least a few times a month. I will try the broccoli slaw recipe and the beans ...I will go to the African market and get some palm oil. What's the flavor profile of Palm oil? I see it a lot in various African recipes.

You're welcome. I have lost over 70 pounds and it took me 3years but I was losing and gaining but eating healthy in 3 months helped me kept the weight off and not gain it back. My cookbook is out and I have more recipes completely different from the ones I shared here. I hope you check it out!

First of all, I am sorry for what you're going through. I do smoothies in the mornings, and I also add soy milk to my foods for added protein, I eat chia seeds and nutritional yeast. I eat lots of fruits and vegetables and they are loaded with fibers. I hope this helps.

I believe you can use this method to make any vegetable of your choice. You can use potato and add spices or what is available at where you live. I live in the US, and there are many varieties of vegetables. So have fun with it, and you can substitute zucchini with cucumber if that's ok by you. I hope this helps. Thanks so much for watching ❤️
