It’s alway good to rinse your rice in water until the water runs clear. This process helps remove any surface impurities especially if you’re not certain from the source you purchased it from.

I will be doing this from tomorrow. I have been on my weight lose journey, 1 meal a day since may 18th this year and I have lost 40 pounds already. Still on it. I went from 297 pounds to 257 pounds. I can’t thank God enough because I couldn’t do it without him. I feel alive now. Thank you Jesus.

@@Skinnychelle48 so for me, I lost 25-30 lbs in six months when I started to eat once and twice a day. Though at the time I was living in Mexico, I’d started in the U.S. about two months before departing. Lost 5 in U.S. eating twice a day and desserts/snacks at night. In Mexico, I did twice to once but when around the 4th-5th month it accelerated due to doing squats. Download a squat 30-day challenge chart. It should be a black background with a woman doing a squat and I THINK pink writing(?) Giiiirl this is the formula. Eat whatever you want and dessert but don’t go over 2 meals and be somewhat mindful of the carbs. Never eat before noon, I try never before 4 but before noon is a no-no. Strong advice: avoid American pastries. Very sugary and nasty and heavily in chemicals. Try eating more foods from Latinos. Trust me. Don’t laugh. I’m back in the states and their pastries are built differently, more pure. You won’t gain. Their food is more savory, thus more satisfying. Ultimately, you wanna cook a home but I fear not when I eat Latin cuisine. Tamales, pupusas, salteña, etc… you name it. But eat lots of veggies per dinner. Oh! The more muscle the better for your resting metabolism and that’s why you’ll get away more with the night snacks. If you wanna go hard, do keto w this intermittent eating and plus docs drink. 👆🏽

Update to doing the ricezempic. I'm down 224 pounds. I am exercising a few times a week. Doing Intermittent fasting while drinking this in the morning. Thank you Dr. Mandel I will continue doing this for another 2 months.

Before I started a regular work out routine it was like 2 to 3 pounds a week. Now it's like 4 to 5 pounds. Dr. Mandell said you can take it twice. I only drink it once in the morning. It will be a month the beginning of September. I'm going to stay on it until October to see the full results.

I started this 1 week ago. Have more energy, less appetite, and sleep better. Pardon the TMI, but on day 3, I had 7-8 solid BMs and was shocked at the amount. Felt the best I have in a very long time. Btw I use a French press, but I still allow it to steep before I press it down. Stick with it! I'm excited to continue on this journey.

Tried this today, I had it iced and it was very refreshing. I need to pause and thank the good Doctor for being such a blessing to us all. I’ve incorporated the Valerian Root tea mix as a regular part of my routine and the unadvertised side effect has left me able to do full squats with minimal knee pain where I was only able to do hack squats for over 5 years. It has significantly reduced my inflammation and Advil has gone from an everyday supplement to something I haven’t taken in over a month. May God continue to bless you…and us with you Dr Mandell❤

I started last week - Thursday (9/5) and have lost 8.4 lbs as of 9/12. My appetite decreased significantly, and sweet cravings went away. I worked out one day before starting and one day this week. I am going to continue and see what results I can achieve with working out more.

I haven't changed much. I don't eat sweets much since the cravings went away. I do try to eat more proteins and low carbs. I also fast at least 20 hours a day - but not every day.

I have been following Dr.Mandell for a few months now. I hate that I didn't discover his Channel sooner. I started doing the rice ozempic last week. I was 232 pounds when I started. I noticed my appetite did decrease a lot once I started drinking this exlir. I started on 7/30/24 today is 8/03/24 now weigh 229 pounds. Going to give it a full month to see how much more I can shed.

Yes doing Intermittent fasting too and light exercise. I fast all the way between 1:30 and 2 where I eat fruit. My first real meal is between 4 and 5. I'm done eating by 6 and eat nothing else. I'm going to stay on this until October.

I drank this last week, did HIIT on my stationary bike twice last week and walked on my recovery days and I also do OMAD (ONE MEAL A DAY) and follow the blood type diet (Type O here , very important for you to know and adhere to or your efforts can be counterproductive!!!) and I literally lost 5 pounds in one week!!! @@mawararkhan4034 ohhh yes! I just weighed myself, 1kg down 💃🏻💃🏻. I started 7days ago. By the third day, this drink cut my appetite and cravings by half! I am now drinking just a cup of coffee by noon (because I drink the mixture first thing in the morning) and then eating an early dinner and that’s it. No hunger, no cravings 🥲. I am drinking a lot of water though. Have only been able to go on a 30mins walk twice since I started. FYI I used the exact recipe Dr Mandell gave 👍🏽👍🏽

@@naimomohamed61 i have stopped this rice water because it didn’t help me. instead of this, i am taking Apple cider vinegar ( with mother) along with 1000 calories deficit diet and 3-4 times full body workout in a week. I have lost 9 kg in 2 months

Getting Hubby to purchase all ingredients tonight UPDATE: I've been doing this for 2 weeks and lost 3lbs. I can't drink any caffeine due to my migraines, so my progress isn't as great as others, but my inflammation has gone down significantly. I watched this video and didn't remember all the ingredients so I experimented and roasted 2 tablespoons of jasmine rice on a sauce pan and once it turns light brown I add 2 bottles or 1000ml water and let it boil then add 2 green tea bags. It tastes so good since I'm a tea lover and I got addicted to it, drinking this all throughout the night 2 hrs after my meal before I hit the sack. (I only eat once a day and caffeine in this doesn't affect my sleep) I did this for at least a week and I noticed changes in my skin and my weight. I lost 5 lbs in one week!!! Now that I came across the video again I'll add the cayenne pepper and the lemon. I'm a hands-on mom of two at 44 yrs old and due to my scoliosis I can only do walking as a form of exercise on a weekly basis during Costco and Target runs (at least an hour or 2 of walking 2x a week) so I rapidly lost weight with minimum effort and my metabolism isn't even that fast. Thank you, Dr. Mendell!

only thing i would change is to OPEN THE TEA BAG and pour the leaves in...Do not put the bag in, because the bag is synthetic and when soaking it releases toxins into the tea. I am to the point now where I just rip teabags open and dont even strain after, i just drink the leaves down.

Just buy loose leaf tea. The best tea is loose and the lesser quality leaves end up in bags. I've switched to loose leaf teas twenty years ago.

Today is day 1 with this recipe. Weighed in at 201.4. Did 12 oz water boiled, 4 tbs rice, tsp organic honey, jasmine green tea bag, pinch of cayenne pepper, pinch of Ceylon cinnamon, juice of one small lime, 4 drops of stevia extract. Hope this helps! I am going to do fruit and veggies during the day and one high protein meal early afternoon.

@ it isn’t working for me. I have drank this daily since that day and I am basically up one pound. I have been sick, so no exercise at all. I am still hungry all the time, eating more carbs than ever. I tried eating mostly fruit and veggies but all I crave are bad carbs. I will continue until my limes are gone, but if I see no changes, I will stop. Today I am adding an inch of fresh ginger and a tsp of turmeric powder because I know these help my immune system and I am getting over an upper respiratory infection for the last 9 days. I can’t do more than one pinch of cayenne as it burns my stomach especially on an empty stomach. I will try to remember to update 😊 because honestly, after this many days of horrible eating and no exercise I would have gained 5-6 lbs.

I would rinse my rice 1st, then add the hot water and so forth. Nothing is safe anymore. I wash and rinse everything possible.

I watch a lot of Dr. Mandells videos and he has one about Camomile tea and Valerian tea helping you to lose weight at night while you sleep. I put a spin on it last night doing it with the rice. I used 2 tablespoons of washed Jasmine rice, Camomile tea, a teaspoon of valerian tea powder. Some sliced ginger, red pepper powder and the squeeze of a lemon. I used 10 ozs of water heated not boiled. Let the tea steep for awhile. I drank this at 8:30 P.M. I'm going to do this format instead of using the green tea.

Add some workouts. No diet works without moving. If you can't do exercises, start walking. 30 minutes a day is a good start.

I've been drinking a variation of this for a week.... green tea, honey, cinnamon and lemon juice. First thing in the morning and again before I eat lunch. I lost 5lbs which was probably water weight but that always happens first anyway right? Anywho...I feel lighter, little to no cravings also. I also have been eating a lot of cucumbers for hydration.
