It’s alway good to rinse your rice in water until the water runs clear. This process helps remove any surface impurities especially if you’re not certain from the source you purchased it from.

Though at the time I was living in Mexico, I’d started in the U.S. about two months before departing. Lost 5 in U.S. eating twice a day and desserts/snacks at night. In Mexico, I did twice to once but when around the 4th-5th month it accelerated due to doing squats. Download a squat 30-day challenge chart. It should be a black background with a woman doing a squat and I THINK pink writing(?) Giiiirl this is the formula. Eat whatever you want and dessert but don’t go over 2 meals and be somewhat mindful of the carbs. Never eat before noon, I try never before 4 but before noon is a no-no. Strong advice: avoid American pastries. Very sugary and nasty and heavily in chemicals. Try eating more foods from Latinos. Trust me. Don’t laugh. I’m back in the states and their pastries are built differently, more pure. You won’t gain. Their food is more savory, thus more satisfying. Ultimately, you wanna cook a home but I fear not when I eat Latin cuisine. Tamales, pupusas, salteña, etc… you name it. But eat lots of veggies per dinner. Oh! The more muscle the better for your resting metabolism and that’s why you’ll get away more with the night snacks. If you wanna go hard, do keto w this intermittent eating and plus docs drink. 👆🏽

Tried this today, I had it iced and it was very refreshing. I need to pause and thank the good Doctor for being such a blessing to us all. I am now drinking just a cup of coffee by noon (because I drink the mixture first thing in the morning) and then eating an early dinner and that’s it. No hunger, no cravings 🥲. I watched this video and didn't remember all the ingredients so I experimented and roasted 2 tablespoons of jasmine rice on a sauce pan and once it turns light brown I add 2 bottles or 1000ml water and let it boil then add 2 green tea bags. It tastes so good since I'm a tea lover and I got addicted to it, drinking this all throughout the night 2 hrs after my meal before I hit the sack. (I only eat once a day and caffeine in this doesn't affect my sleep) I did this for at least a week and I noticed changes in my skin and my weight. I lost 5 lbs in one week!!! Now that I came across the video again I'll add the cayenne pepper and the lemon. I'm a hands-on mom of two at 44 yrs old and due to my scoliosis I can only do walking as a form of exercise on a weekly basis during Costco and Target runs (at least an hour or 2 of walking 2x a week) so I rapidly lost weight with minimum effort and my metabolism isn't even that fast. Today is day 1 with this recipe. Weighed in at 201.4. Did 12 oz water boiled, 4 tbs rice, tsp organic honey, jasmine green tea bag, pinch of cayenne pepper, pinch of Ceylon cinnamon, juice of one small lime, 4 drops of stevia extract. Hope this helps! @ it isn’t working for me. I have drank this daily since that day and I am basically up one pound. I have been sick, so no exercise at all. I am still hungry all the time, eating more carbs than ever. I tried eating mostly fruit and veggies but all I crave are bad carbs. I will continue until my limes are gone, but if I see no changes, I will stop. Today I am adding an inch of fresh ginger and a tsp of turmeric powder because I know these help my immune system and I am getting over an upper respiratory infection for the last 9 days. I can’t do more than one pinch of cayenne as it burns my stomach especially on an empty stomach. I will try to remember to update 😊 because honestly, after this many days of horrible eating and no exercise I would have gained 5-6 lbs.

I would rinse my rice 1st, then add the hot water and so forth. Nothing is safe anymore. I wash and rinse everything possible.

I watch a lot of Dr. Mandells videos and he has one about Camomile tea and Valerian tea helping you to lose weight at night while you sleep. I put a spin on it last night doing it with the rice. I used 2 tablespoons of washed Jasmine rice, Camomile tea, a teaspoon of valerian tea powder. Some sliced ginger, red pepper powder and the squeeze of a lemon. I used 10 ozs of water heated not boiled. Let the tea steep for awhile. I drank this at 8:30 P.M. I'm going to do this format instead of using the green tea.

Add some workouts. No diet works without moving. If you can't do exercises, start walking. 30 minutes a day is a good start.

I've been drinking a variation of this for a week.... green tea, honey, cinnamon and lemon juice. First thing in the morning and again before I eat lunch. I lost 5lbs which was probably water weight but that always happens first anyway right? Anywho...I feel lighter, little to no cravings also. I also have been eating a lot of cucumbers for hydration. This drink does work... thank you so much!!!

I just saw the dandelion and honey (my blood work showed “very slight” number increasing for cholesterol and liver. I’m 61, active (although overweight!), and I want to bio this in the bud now! Thanks for any guidance you can offer here.
