I do believe at one point he actually thought he could duplicate his money using the casino, but now he just enjoys actively giving them his money. Hell, it has come to the point the amount he throws away its proportional to the amount he wins. If he didnt bet millons away he would have become a multimillonarie easily. The ganbling addiction is too strong. Cant really blame him honestly. The casino simply wouldnt survive without him, its his civic duty to donate all his lifes savings to them.
